About NALCO
National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) is Asia's one of the largest integrated primary producers of aluminium. It is a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Mines. NALCO was incorporated on 7th January 1981, with its registered office at Bhubaneswar.

Monthly Salary
The salary for graduate trainees is INR 40,000-3%-1,40,000 during training period of one year with a basic pay of INR 40000. In addition with basic pay, candidates will be offered DA, accommodation, medical facilities, etc.

Approximate CTC* will be 8.2 lakhs per annum during the training period and after the confirmation is made after working as a trainee for one year to E1 grade, the CTC* would be approximate 12.12 lakhs per annum.
