NALCO Recruitment through GATE 2025 - National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) will recruit candidates through the GATE 2025 score. NALCO will select the applicants with four years of BTech degree (graduate engineers) from Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Electronics, and Instrumentation streams. NALCO Recruitment through GATE 2025: Salary
Monthly Salary
The salary for graduate trainees is Rs.16400-3%-40500 for one year and after one year of training, it is Rs. 24900-3%-50500. A service agreement Bond of Rs. 3,00,000/- or Rs.4,00,000/- for training which will be imparted abroad, is to be executed by the candidate on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.1500/- to work with the company for a minimum period of 4 years after completing the training of one year.
CTC
Approximate CTC* will be 8.2 lakhs per annum during the training period and after the confirmation is made after working as a trainee for one year to E1 grade, the CTC* would be approximate 12.12 lakhs per annum. Candidates will also be entitled to Dearness Allowance under the cafeteria approach such as:

Candidates must be medically fit according to NALCO’s pre-employment medical standard.
