The VIT Group of Institutions have issued VITEEE exam photograph and signature guidelines in the information brochure. Following guidelines is important, as the candidate’s photo is needed for verification and authentication purposes. The VIT photo will be required and used at the time of -
- Filling VITEEE application form
- Admit card, which has to be presented on VITEEE 2026 exam date
- VITEEE rank card
- At the time of VITEEE counselling

Students can upload their photograph and signature after filling personal, educational information, test city, and fee payment. To upload, candidates can follow the process below -
- Visit VITEEE official website- viteee.vit.ac.in
- Click on the application form link and sign up (if registering for the first time)
- Log in using credentials (if already registered)
- Fill all required details and then proceed to upload image of photo and signature.
Note: Candidates must upload to the designated space only.
- Click submit and download VITEEE application form.

Candidates can make changes or edit their photo or signature by sending a service request on the application dashboard available at VITEEE login. Follow steps below -
- Visit official website and log in using credentials
- Now click on “candidate dashboard”
