VITEEE 2026 Scholarships: Who can avail, Documents required, Guidelines

VITEEE 2026 Scholarships: VIT Group of Institutions provide scholarships, as a tuition fee waiver to top rank holders of VITEEE exam. The scholarships are offered based on the candidate’s performance in the Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam. According to authorities, VIT rank holders of 1-10 get 100% tuition fee waiver. The scholarships are offered to students based on the rank obtained. VIT Group of Institutions started VITEEE counselling process. The phase I seat allotment is now available. Candidates who have secured VITEEE rank between 1 to 500 are eligible for VIT BTech scholarships. Every year, Vellore Institute of Technology provides VITEEE 2026 scholarships in the form of tuition fee waiver to top VIT rank holders. The scholarship in VIT is given under GV School Development Programme (GVSDP). Students will be notified on their counselling dashboard if they are eligible or not for VIT scholarship. The top rankers of VITEEE exam have to provide their marksheet/copy of marksheet or VITEEE scorecard along with relevant documents while applying. In addition, candidates can check terms and conditions below -

• The GVDSP scholarship will be awarded based on VITEEE rank for the first year and will be awarded at the end of first semester on continuation of study in VIT.
• The scholarship will be provided to students for the subsequent years based on fulfillment of terms and conditions imposed by VIT on joining.

Documents Required for VITEEE 2026 Scholarship and Admission

Candidates must provide the following documents at the time of VITEEE counselling 2026 /reporting to the institute. The VITEEE counselling is held in phases, and allocated students are advised to keep the following documents ready for counselling -

• XII mark statement of all attempts of qualifying examination
• Transfer certificate/school leaving certificate
• Migration certificate (if issued by board)
• Recent passport size colour photograph (4 nos)
• Student profile
• Affidavit by student (signed and notarized)
• Affidavit by the parent (signed and notarized)
• Hostel affidavit (signed and notarized)
• Physical fitness (certified by authorized physician)
• Undertaking form (signed student and parent)

Candidates must submit all qualifying mark statement from board studied as mentioned in VITEEE registration form 2026 for verification. If there is any discrepancy in the documents, then admission will be duly cancelled, and no refund will be initiated.
