What is JEE Main examination?

JEE Main is a national-level engineering entrance examination, conducted by the National Testing Agency. Every year, around 10-12 lakh students appear for the exam, out of which only 2.5 lakh qualify for the next level, i.e JEE Advanced. 

The exam takes place in two sessions- January and April. Qualifying candidates get admission to engineering/architecture/planning programmes offered in top colleges like NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, etc. 

What is VITEEE Examination?

Vellore Institute of Technology conduct the VIT exam once a year to provide BTech admission at VIT campuses in Vellore, Chennai, AP, and Bhopal. Every year, 2.3 to 2.5 lakh candidates appear for the entrance test, which indicates the worth and reputation.

Is VITEEE tougher than JEE Mains?

Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination is comparatively easier than JEE Main.
