The Robotics Engineering duration in India varies based on the course level of the course. For UG Robotics Engg. courses, the duration is usually 4 years in India. For PG courses, you will have to invest 2 years. Also, for Diploma courses in Robotics Engineering, the duration is 3 years after completing Class 10.
You can also go for a PhD in Robotics Engg. course, which is usually 3 to 5 years long.

LPU does not offer direct admission. However, admission to few courses is merit-based.  Aspirants scoring a 65% aggregate have a good chance of getting admission in LPU. Manipal Institute of Technology, MAHE tuition fee ranges between INR 1.2 L – INR 15 L for various courses. This fee is exclusive of other components, such as examination fee, application fee, etc. Therefore, Manipal Institute of Technology is moderately costly, in comparison to other engineering institutes. 

Indian Institute of Technology Mandi offers admission primarily on the basis of the scores obtained in the national level entrance exams including JEE Main, JEE Advanced, CAT, IIT JAM, GATE, UGC NET, and CSIR NET. Kalasalingam University offers admission to UG, PG and PhD courses based on entrance exam as per respective courses. Candidates must start by applying for the course of their choice. Once the selection is confirmed, candidates need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

NIT Durgapur admissions are conducted on the basis of entrance exams. PSG College offers admission to courses based on merit or entrance exam scores of the candidates. Admission to BSc and MSc programmes does not require passing an entrance test. Aspirants need to pass Class 12 followed by TNEA Counselling for BTech. For all other courses, admission is entrance-based.

As per NIRF a total of 1,659 students were placed out of 3,813 students.

Btech in 2023 864 students were placed out of 885 students with median package of 9-10 lakhs.

In MBA 85% of students were placed.

PG and UG students were also having 70-80 percent placement ratio with the average package of 3-4 lakhs. 

In Mtech the avare package was 7 - 8 Lacs with the placement ratio of 70-80 percent.
