The Bar Council of India (BCI) will conduct the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 2026 on June 7, 2026. The BCI will release the AIBE 21 Syllabus 2026 through an official AIBE Notification 2026. The notice will be published on allindiabarexamination.com. The AIBE Syllabus 2026 is most important for those preparing for AIBE 21 Exam.
Knowing the AIBE Exam Syllabus 2026 before beginning the preparation will increase your chances of completing the same before the AIBE 21 Exam Day. The All India Bar Exam Syllabus consists 19 subjects. Candidates must note that the duration of the AIBE 21 Exam 2026 will be 3 hours and 30 minutes. What is new in AIBE 2026 Syllabus?
The Bar Council of India made no changes in the AIBE Syllabus yet. The AIBE Exam 2026 Syllabus is expected to include 19 law subjects. Candidates can expect 10 questions from Constitutional Law, 8 questions from IPC, 10 questions from Criminal Procedure Code CrPC, legal maxims and so on.
Candidates can check the AIBE syllabus 2025 below. During the exam, only bare acts will be allowed, provided they do not have any short notes or comments.

Yes you can appear for the All India Bar Examination even if you have not fully completed your syllabus. But only if you are a final year student with no backlogs. You can also appear if you have passed but are waiting your degree.
The BCI conducts the AIBE Exam in 11 languages. One of the language is hindi too. Hence, candidates have an option to appear for the exam in hindi too.

No, there is no negative marking in the All India Bar Examination (AIBE). For each correct answer, one marks will be given. But for wrong or unattempted question no marks will be deducted.
Yes, final-year and final-semester LLB students can apply for AIBE 21. Eligible students must have no backlogs and be in their final year of a 3-year or 5-year LLB course from a BCI-recognized university.
AIBE Exam is tough to crack as its the certification exam. Candidates who will clear the exam will be issued CoP. Candidates must prepare for the exam pretty well to clear in first attempt.
