CLAT PG Exam 2026: The Consortium of NLUs conducted the CLAT PG Exam 2026 today. The exam was held in more than 130+ CLAT Test Centres across the country. Candidates must note that now the exam is over, CLAT 2026 Answer Key will be released shortly. Along with the Answer Key, the Consortium will publish the CLAT 2026 Question Paper with answer key.

Though CLAT Preparation takes months of practice, it is still not impossible. You can prepare for the CLAT Exam in one week with a correct and dedicated focus. But you should have at least some understanding of concepts to clear the exam.

To get good marks in CLAT 2027, focus on reading comprehension, daily current affairs, and consistent mock test practice. The exam consists of 120 questions, making speed and accuracy crucial. Rahul, who appeared for CLAT PG 2026 Exam said that the exam was bit tough as the questions were asked from newly introduced laws. He feels since the exam was tough the CLAT Expected 2026 PG Cutoff will go high. 

Another test taker, bhawana said that question was not easy but moderate. All the questions were asked from the prescribed syllabus by the consortium.

Kushagara, however, believes that consortium should allow students to carry bare acts like in AIBE exam. He said he was able to attempt maximum questions but felt if they were allowed bare acts it would have been much easier.

Ashish is happy with his exam performance. He is happy that no expected questions were asked. The exam was as per the pattern and syllabus precribed. 

Pooja said that the the question paper was easy at the same time it was tricky. If candidate has read for exam properly it won't be tough to crack.

Q:   How much time is sufficient for CLAT preparation?
A: 

The time required for CLAT preparation depends on your starting point. If you're beginning from scratch, a 6-9 month preparation period is ideal, allowing you to cover the entire syllabus, build foundational knowledge, and improve time management. For those with a basic understanding of key subjects, 4-6 months may be sufficient. Consistent, focused study with regular mock tests and revisions is crucial. No, CLAT is not compulsory to take admission in Ishaan Institute of Law. The institute offers admission into the courses such as LLB, BA LLB and LLM based on the merit achieved by the candidates in their last qualifying exam. Application process is compulsory and it can be conducted online/offline.

Based on recent CLAT analyses, the English Language and General Knowledge & Current Affairs sections were rated as the easiest. English is more about reading comprehension with direct questions. GK is highly scoring for those with consistent, up-to-date daily news preparation.
