CLAT Candidate Login 2027: How to create, register, and recover

CLAT Candidate Login 2027: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) is likely to begin the CLAT Application Process 2027 from August 1, 2027. Candidates can complete the CLAT Registration 2027 by visiting consortiumofnlus.ac.in. Before releasing the CLAT Application Form 2027, the consortium will first publish the CLAT 2027 Notification. To begin the admission process, creating a CLAT Candidate Login is the first step. CLAT Exam will be held on December 6, 2026.

CLAT login details are very important; without them, a candidate cannot download the hall ticket, check the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) Result, or complete the counselling process. CLAT Login 2027 is also important as it will help candidates get access to all the important updates released by the consortium. Candidates are advised to keep the login details until the CLAT 2027 admission process is completed. Read further to know more about the CLAT candidate login 2027.

How to use CLAT Candidate Login 2027 to retrieve a password?

In case candidates forget the password required to log in to their registered accounts, they can follow the steps below to recover it:

  • On the login window, click on the Forgot Password 
  • Enter your mobile number.  
  • Click on the 'Request OTP' 
  • Enter the mobile number, OTP (received on the mobile) and the new password.
  • Click on the 'Reset' Password
  • A new password will be generated

Now, you can log in with new password and download the hall ticket.

How to Register for CLAT 2027?

Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to register for CLAT 2027 Exam:

Step 1: Go to the official website; i.e.consortiumofnlus.ac.in,

Step 2: Register as a new user

  • Click on “Register”
  • Enter your Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID
  • Create a secure password
  • Verify using OTP sent to your mobile/email

Step 3: Fill the Application Form

  • Choose your course (UG/PG)
  • Enter your personal details: Name, DOB, gender, etc.
  • Enter your academic details: Marks, board/university, year of passing
  • Select reservation category (if applicable)
  • Choose preferred test cities (up to 3)

Step 4: Upload Required Documents

  • Upload scanned photograph, signature, and category certificates

Step 5: Make the Application Fee Payment

  • General/OBC/PwD/NRI/PIO/OCI: INR 4,000
  • SC/ST/BPL: INR 3,500

(Extra INR 500 if opting for previous year CLAT question papers)

Payment Mode: Online via credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking

Step 6: Final Submission

  • Review all details carefully
  • Submit the application
  • Download and save a copy of your filled form and fee receipt for reference

How to Download CLAT Admit Card 2027?

Candidates can download the CLAT Admit Card 2027 in the following ways

  • Go to consortiumofnlus.ac.in
  • Enter your registered mobile number and password.
  • Click on the Login button.
  • Click on the Download Admit Card.
  • Download and save the hall ticket.

How to Check CLAT 2027 Result?

Candidates must note that the CLAT Result 2027 will be released online. The steps to download the scorecard are described below

  • Visit consortiumofnlus.ac.in
  • Login using the Registration Number and Password 
  • Under Result tab, click on the View Score Card tab.
  • Your result/ scorecard will be displayed on the screen
  • Download and take a printout of result PDF to refer it at the time of counselling registration, and seat allotment process.

How to Download CLAT Answer Key 2027 PDF?

Candidates can view and download the CLAT Answer Key by these steps:

  • Visit the official website 
  • Click on the CLAT Answer Key tab
  • Select the respective course 
  • The answer key PDF will appear on the screen
  • Download for future reference.

How to Challenge CLAT Answer Key 2027?

Candidates can raise objections or challenge the CLAT provisional Answer Key for questions/answers with which they find any errors or discrepancies on the official website. Check out the quick steps below:  

  • Go to the consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
  • Login using your registered mobile number and password.
  • Click on the Submit Objections button.
  • Select the type of objection (1) About the question or (2) About the answer key.
  • Enter objection details.
  • Click on submit.
  • Click on the Make Payment button to make a payment of INR 1,000 per question.

No, CLAT is not compulsory to take admission in Ishaan Institute of Law. The institute offers admission into the courses such as LLB, BA LLB and LLM based on the merit achieved by the candidates in their last qualifying exam. Application process is compulsory and it can be conducted online/offline.
