APICET 2026 Exam Day Guidelines- Do's & Don'ts

Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education releases the APICET 2026 exam day instructions for the test takers. Candidates must adhere to the prescribed exam day instructions to avoid any hassle on the day of the examination. AP ICET 2026 exam will be conducted in first week of May 2026. APICET Exam Day Guidelines

Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test is conducted for admission to the MBA programme of Andhra University. APICET exam is a state-level examination. Registered candidates must check the important AP ICET 2026 exam day guidelines. AP ICET 2026 exam will be held in first week of May 2026, in CBT mode. The exam will be conducted across 25 districts of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates must ensure to follow the AP ICET 2026 exam day guidelines prescribed by the authorities.  

APICET 2026 Exam Day Guidelines: Important Documents/ Things Required

Registered candidates must take note of the documents that have to be carried out on the day of the examination. Check the list of the documents required below: 

• AP ICET admit card 2026 
• Identity proof card (any one) 

• • Voter ID 
  • Driving License 
  • PAN card 
  • Aadhar Card 
  • Passport 
• Black/Bluepoint pen

Candidates must carry the following items on the day of the examination following the COVID-19 protocols: 

• Mask 
• Sanitiser 
• Transparent water bottle 
• Gloves 

APICET Exam Day Guidelines: What not to carry? 

On the day of the examination, candidates must not carry any of the following items: 

• Stationery items like- Pencil box, plastic pouch, pen, etc.  
• Electronic items- mobile phones, smartwatches, headphones, earplugs, etc).
• Jewellery (bracelets, chains, rings) 
• Eatable items (chips, biscuits, chocolates, etc). 

APICET Exam Day Guidelines: Do’s 

• AP ICET 2026 hall ticket must be shown at the entrance of the exam centre, failing which candidates will not be permitted to enter the exam centre
• Candidates must reach the allotted APICET exam centre one hour prior to the given time of examination. Test takers must check the reaching time before leaving for the exam centre and plan accordingly.
• Candidates must cooperate with the examination staff during the identification process.  
• Test takers must not forget to carry the APICET admit card, other important documents, without which entry will not be allowed. 
• Candidates must check the room/hall number allotted against the examination roll number. Sitting on any other seat will lead to loss of time and energy. 
• Test takers must carefully listen to the instructions given by the invigilator 
• Candidates can attempt questions from any section as a priority. There will be no sectional time limit. Hence, candidates must attempt the questions wisely within the given time.  
• Candidates will be given the rough sheet at the exam centre.  

APICET Exam Day Guidelines: Don’ts 

• Test takers must not carry any of the barred items to avoid cancellation of the exam. 
• Do not carry a digital copy of the admit card. Candidates must carry a physical copy of the APICET hall ticket. 
• Candidates must not move from their seats upon completion of the exam until the invigilator advises them to. 
• In case of tricky questions, do not panic. 
• Don’t stick over solving a question, move to the next question to save time.  
• Submit the answer key and rough sheet after completion of the exam.
