MBA CET Exam Dates 2026 - Registration, Admit Card, Exam
MAH MBA CET 2026 Registrations was to be done on the official website of MAH CET. The MAH MBA CET application fee amount to be paid was INR 1,500 for Open category students and INR 1,300 for Maharashtra students. Candidates can register for one or both attempts in the same MAH CET 2026 application form. Fee was to be paid session wise.
MAH MBA CET 2026 Form Correction: After the registration process is over, the examination body conducted form correction process in which candidates got a chance to make changes in the application form. Fields such as name, date of birth, photograph, signature, gender were editabe and could add second test option. The MBA CET 2026 form correction window was open from February 27 to March 2, 2026.
MAH MBA CET 2026 Admit Card: Examination body will issue the admit card for MAH CET 2026 online. The MAH CET admit cards will be available for download using login ID and password. The hall ticket will contain candidate details and test centres and cities. The admit card will be released per session. Candidates will have to carry session specific admit card on the exam day.
MAH MBA CET 2026 Exam: There will be 200 objective type questions to be solved in two and a half hours (no sectional time limit). MAH CET exam will have questions from Logical Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension. Those who plan to appear for 2 attempts, can use best of the two scores for admission.

MBA CET 2026 - Answer Key, Result, Counselling Dates
MAH MBA CET 2026 Answer Key: Official answer key of MAH MBA CET 2026 will be released a few days after exam. Candidates will have to download it from official website. The objection window will remain open for 2-3 days during which candidates will be able to fill the form challenging the answer key. They will have to upload a document also in support of their objection. All the objection will be examined by the exam authority and if any of it will be found to be valid, the official answer key will be revised. The final answer key for MAB CET 2026 will be released with result.

MAH MBA CET is usually of moderate difficulty level exam. Since it is a Reasoning heavy test, preparation for it must be done by keeping Logical and Abstract Reasoning as maim focus.
The syllabus of MAH MBA CET Logical and Abstract Reasoning section includes Arrangements, Family tree, Coding-Decoding, Direction, Clock and Calendars, Groups and Conditionality, Number Series, Venn Diagrams, Syllogisms, Odd Word Out, Analogies, Blood Relations, Proposition, Direction Sense, Assumptions, Puzzles, Binary Logic, Clock and Calendars, Sets and Caselets, etc.
This section is divided into two parts. The Logical Reasoning section has 75 questions and Abstract Reasoning Section has 25 questions. Each question has five option to choose the correct option from. Each correct option fetches 1 mark and incorrect option fetches 0 marks. The candidates need to focus more on this section of MAH MBA CET as it carries the maximum weightage. Prepare for this section by practicing a large number of practice questions.
The Logical Reasoning section of MBA CET has the maximum weightage. This section carries 75 marks and Abstract Reasoning section carries 25 marks. So, together they carry 100 questions, i.e. 1/2 of the total number of questions. Quantitative Aptitude and Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension sections carry 50 marks each.

For MAH MBA CET 2026 candidate has to be a graduate or must be in final year of their bachelor's degree programme. The minimum score requirement is 50% for General candidates and 45% for Reserved category candidates.
After the MAH MBA CET result announcement the State CET will conduct common counselling for admission to about 300 colleges in Maharashtra, most likely in July-August. Qualifying candidates will be required to participate in MAH CET counselling for admission to participating MBA colleges in Maharashtra by filling the online counselling form. The MAH MBA CET counselling process will be conducted in two or three rounds and will be based on cut offs. Candidates will be allotted seat in the college of their choice, if they meet the minimum cut off percentile of that college.
The counselling will be held for mainly two categories – Maharashtra State candidates and All India candidates. Separate merit lists will be released for these two categories. To be eligible for MAH CET counselling candidates need to score more than 0 in MBA CET exam.
No, the MAH CET application form and MAH CET Counselling form are different and candidates have to fill them separately. The MAH CET application form is valid for the entrance test only and the MAH CET counseling application form has to be filled by only those candidates who qualify the entrance test and wish to participate in the seat allotment process. The MAH MBA CET counseling registration form is released about 2 months after the entrance test result announcement. The candidates will have to fill the counseling form at the MAHA CET counseling portal.
Those who shall have filled the MAH CET MBA/MMS application form and appeared for the exam, will not have to pay the registration fee at the time of CAP. However, those who will be participating in MAH CET CAP through CAT/CMAT/MAT/ATMA/GMAT score will have to pay the registration fee of Rs 1000 (Rs 800 for registered category candidates).
