NEET PG 2025 round-3 choice filling has been extended till further notice, MCC announced. In an official release, MCC said choice filling date was extended as few seats were approved after counselling was started for round-3. Earlier deadline for round-3 MCC NEET PG counselling 2025 was January 26, 2026. Seat allotment result for round-3 is scheduled to be announced on January 29, 2026. MCC is expected to release revised NEET PG 2025 counselling dates and schedule soon. Earlier, round-3 seat matrix was revised as 4 seats were added for round-3 counselling.

Students had to register online for round-3 till January 26, 2026. Seat matrix for round-3 NEET PG 2025 counselling has already been released. A total of 292 new seats have been added. In addition, total 10,101 clear vacancies and 18,076 are there for round-3 seat matrix.
