National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test 2025 ( NEET )
NEET Cut-Off 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the NEET UG cutoff on June 14, 2025, along with the result. The result PDF displayed the category-wise cut off marks. The NEET cut-off percentile remained the same. However, the cutoff score or marks were reduced. According to the NEET exam analysis held on May 4, 2025, the difficulty level was extremely high. Hence, the NEET 2025 cutoff has been lowered. Students can find below the category-wise NEET UG cutoff 2025 scores and percentiles.
The NEET UG Counselling cutoff 2025 has also been released. The MCC NEET cut-off marks are available separately for MBBS and BDS courses. NEET Cut Off 2025 for MBBS Private & Government Colleges
The NEET UG counselling 2025 process is over. The MCC NEET cut-off 2025 marks are available now for all the private and government colleges taking admissions for MBBS and BDS courses. The AIIMS accepts NEET scores for admission to the MBBS. Students need to obtain the NEET cut off percentile and scores to get shortlisted for counselling in AIIMS MBBS course. The minimum qualifying percentile for OBC category in NEET UG exam is 40th. In NEET 2025, the cutoff score for OBC was 143-113. The NEET percentile of OBC remains the same every year. However, the scores get changed.

NEET 2025 Cutoff: Determining Factors
The NTA determines the NEET cutoff based on the factors given below-
- Total number of candidates who appear for the examination: This year 23,09,318 students wrote the exam. 12,36,531 students passed in NEET 2025. The competition decreased from last year.
- Difficulty level of the examination: NEET 2025 was tougher than the previous years. Hence, the NEET 2025 cutoff decreased.
- Performance of the candidates: Due to the toughness of the test, the highest marks obtained was 686 out of 720. Nobody scored full marks.
- Number of seats available: The total number of seats available for MBBS and BDS courses is 1,18,190 and 27,868, respectively. The number of MBBS seats has increased.
Just getting the NEET 2025 cutoff does not guarantee admission to a medical college. Students have to participate in the NEET counselling process, and seats will be allotted based on various factors like choices filled, number of seats available, among others.

As per past years' trends, a score between 500 to 700 or above is in the cutoff marks for NEET.

Yes, AIIMS Raipur accepts NEET scores. There is no other entrance exam conducted by AIIMS Raipur or AIIMS institutes for MBBS admission.
