Bar Council of India activated the AIBE registration for 2026 on its examination portal - allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates can register with their mobile number and email id and fill the AIBE application form. AIBE 22 Registration will be valid even after the exam. The last date to register for the AIBE 22 exam is October 27. The last date to pay the AIBE application fee is October 28. The last date to apply online for the All India Bar Examination is October 30. The candidates need to check the application-related AIBE exam dates to know the exact date for each stage.
The BCI will conduct the AIBE 22 on November 29 nationwide in pen-and-paper (offline mode). The BCI will not provide the AIBE application correction facility separately. The Bar Council of India has changed the eligibility criteria this year. As per the new norms, final-year Law Graduate students having no backlog can also apply for All India Bar Examination. Enrolment in the State Bar Council is no longer an eligibility condition for the candidates.

Important Note: Candidates who failed in AIBE XX or XXI examinations are not required to register again. Such applicants may log in using their existing User ID and Password. They can fill and submit the AIBE XXII application form using their previous registration details.

Documents required to fill AIBE Registration Form
The candidates will be required to upload the documents in support of their educational and professional background with the AIBE application form. The candidates can see the list of documents required to fill the AIBE 22 Registration Form below -

AIBE Undertaking Form 2026
The students appearing in their final year and the candidates who have not enrolled in the State Bar Council will be required to download the AIBE 22 Undertaking form from the official website and take a printout of the undertaking, fill in the details and sign it. They will be required to scan and upload the filled and signed undertaking form with the AIBE 22 application form.

Candidates can fill the AIBE exam registration and application form online only. The Bar Council of India released the AIBE 22 document guidelines on its official website. The candidates are advised to read all the instructions given for the application form.

AIBE Eligibility Criteria 2026
To fill the AIBE 22 application form 2026, it is mandatory to meet the eligibility requirements. In case candidates fail to fulfil the AIBE 22 Eligibility Criteria, BCI will reject their application.

| State Bar Council Registration/Enrollment |
A candidate who has not registered with their State Bar Council as an Advocate can apply. State Bar Council enrollment is no longer mandatory for AIBE eligibility. |
AIBE Registation Fee 2026
To successfully submit the application form, candidates must pay the AIBE (XXII) application fee online through the authorised payment gateway. The AIBE 22 exam fee has been mentioned below:

The AIBE Application Form Correction Window 2026 is available till October 30. It can be accessed online only. Candidates must ensure all changes are made before the window is closed. After that, no requests for application correction will be entertained.
The details that could be requested for the application correction were
