The National Testing Agency has revised the internship completion cutoff date for the AIAPGET 2026 applications. Now, candidates whose compulsory internships are completed on or before October 31 can apply for the AIAPGET 2026 exam. This will have a positive impact on the number of applications and it is expected to increase. The NTA released the AIAPGET 2026 information bulletin on exams.nta.nic.in/aiapget/ on July 10. The NTA activated the AIAPGET 2026 registration and application link with the information bulletin. Candidates were allowed to fill the AIAPGET application form 2026 till July 30. The NTA also provided the application correction facility on August 1 and 2.

The AIAPGET 2026 will be conducted on August 22.

How to Apply for AIAPGET 2026 ?

The candidates with the following qualifications can apply for the AIAPGET 2026 exam.

AIAPGET 2026 Application Form

The National Testing Agency notified the AIAPGET 2026 eligibility criteria in the information bulletin. The candidates can see below the two main important AIAPGET 2026 eligibility conditions as mentioned in the information bulletin.

Candidates must possess BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS/Graded BHMS degree
Candidates with a provisional BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS Pass Certificate (recognised as per the provisions of the IMCC 1970/HCC 1973 Act) can also apply for AIAPGET
Permanent or provisional registration certificate of BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS/Graded BHMS degree qualification issued by the CCIM/CCH/state board/universities/deemed universities
He/she must have completed one year of internship or is likely to complete the internship on or before ~~August 31~~ October 31, 2026, as decided by the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH)
There is no upper age limit for the candidates appearing for AIAPGET 2026
NTA has not specified the number of attempts permitted to clear AIAPGET; thus, a candidate can take the examination as many times as he/she needs to clear it.

The National Testing Agency has notified the application process of the All India Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) on nta.nic.in. Students will have to fulfill the following eligibility criteria for AIAPGET exam:

Q: Who conducts AIAPGET exam?

The National Testing Agency NTA is responsible for conducting the All India AYUSH Postgraduate Entrance Test. However, NTA's role is limited to conducting the examination and processing the results. The admission/ counselling is conducted under the supervision of the AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC).
