NEET PG 2025 round-3 result has been announced on February 3, 2026. Seat allotment provisional result has been uploaded online in PDF format. Seats are allotted based on declared choices, NEET PG rank, seat availablity in particular college and course, reservation factor etc. MCC has uploaded seat allotment result for MCC NEET PG counselling 2025 round-3 at mcc.nic.in. After seat allotment, students will have to report to respective allotted college and couse. Institute reporting will begin on February 4, 2026. Last date for reporting is February 11, 2026.

Round-3 choice filling was closed on February 2, 2026. Registration window was reopened and closed on January 31, 2026. Earlier, MCC revised dates and schedule for NEET PG 2025 counselling round-3 a couple of times after cutoff revision. NBE had revised NEET PG 2025 cutoff for AIQ seats for each category. Seat matrix was also revised many a times for round-3 after NEET PG 2025 cutoff revision.

MCC has also added some seats in seat matrix for round-3 counselling. In addition, total 10,101 clear vacancies and 18,076 are there for round-3 seat matrix. Candidates who qualified for NEET PG 2025 with the minimum cutoff marks can participate in NEET PG 2025 counselling.
