UP CNET Application Form 2026 (OUT): Registration Link, Fees & Last Date to Apply

The University released a 17 page information brochure to kick start the registration and application process. Before filling the registration and application form, the candidates must see the list of important thigs required for the UP CNET 2026 application form:

• WhatsApp Number
• Email Id

Document Required for UP CNET 2026 Application

The candidates are required to fill the personal and academic details in the application hence they are suggested to keep the following documents handy:

• High School Marksheet (for the candidate's name, parents name and date of birth)
• Verification Sheet Proforma (downloaded and filled)
• All Certificates required to claim reservation should be issued on or after April 1, 2026.

The candidates should follow the below given guidelines while filling the UP CNET registration and application form.

• Keep documents should be ready with you.
• It is suggested that the candidates should register with the personnel mobile number and email id because all communications will be sent on email and whatsapp only.
• The scanned images must be in the format and size notified in the information bulletin. They should be in JPEG format and between 50-200KB in size.
• The verification sheet should be printed on the A4 size paper only.

The candidates will be required to provide the following details for UP CNET Registration.

• Valid and registered personal email ID
• Mobile number

Once the applicant has created his/her Unique Registration number and password, they will be asked to login and change the system-generated password. The UP CNET application form will open and the candidates will be asked the following information.

Personal Information

The candidates will be asked to fill the personal details such as

• Name of the candidate(As per Class 10th Certificate/Marksheet),
• Father’s & Mother’s Name,
• Date of Birth,
• Gender,
• Email, 
• Mobile Number & Alternate Mobile Number and
• Category 

Address

The applicants will be asked to enter their Address, State, City, and Pin Code.

Educational Qualifications & Centre City Preferences

The candidates will be allowed to select 3 cities as their preferred test centre. The decision of the University will be final in this regard.

Photo, Signature, and Verification Sheet

Candidate must upload the scanned image of their passport photo, signature, and verification sheet.

Live Image Capturing

The candidate will be asked to sit straight to provide their live image during the application process.

After the above stages, the candidates must pay the examination fee to complete their registration form.

UP CNET 2026 Eligibility

Candidates must check the exam eligibility criteria before filling the application form. Find out the age criteria and the education qualification required to apply for the UP CNET exam:

Nationality Requirement

Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply for the exam.

Age Criteria

A candidate must have attained a minimum age of 17 Years. The maximum age of a candidate to apply for the entrance exam is 35 Years. Age Relaxation will only be applicable for Reserved Categories as per Government Norms.

UP CNET Education Qualification Criteria

1. The candidates must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) taken together, and passed English individually, from a recognised board
2. For the SC/ST/OBC Category, the 40% aggregate will be acceptable
3. English should be a compulsory subject in 10+2 for eligibility for admission in BSc Nursing.
4. For admission to Government Nursing colleges, the candidate must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh
5. Married individuals can also apply

The UP CNET application fee must be paid online through the admission portal at abvmuup.edu.in. There is no provision to make the payment offline. After filling the online application form, candidates will be directed to the payment gateway, where the fee payment must be made to make sure that the registration process has been completed. 

Here are the details of the examination fee, which was to be done last year to appear in the exam: 

Please note that in case of payment failure, the candidate can attempt again to pay. Do wait for 30 minutes before making any other attempt for payment if the previous one failed. 

The UP CNET application correction facility will be provided by the University from May 13, 2026. The candidates will be allowed to make corrections in the applications but the last date for the application form will remain the same that is May 20. The candidates will be allowed to make changes in their applications details but no changes will be allowed in the registration details.
