Common University Entrance Test 2026 ( CUET )

Common University Entrance Test UG syllabus 2026 has not been officially released yet. However, the CUET syllabus is based on class 12th NCERT curriculum, 13 languages, 23 domain subjects and General Aptitude Test. Candidates can download the CUET 2026 syllabus PDF for Science, Commerce and Arts at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates are advised to review the CUET syllabus 2026 to prepare effectively for the entrance exam. Candidates can go through CUET syllabus to learn important topics covered in the subjects under specific course eligibilityThe CUET 2026 will be tentatively held from the second week of May 2026 in CBT mode. CUET exam mode of examination is CBT. Candidates could choose up to five subjects for CUET.

CUET UG Syllabus: Section I (Language)

Section 1 of CUET syllabus consists of Languages. Check below to know the languages offered in CUET exam 2026:

  • The languages offered are Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Odia, Bengali, Assamese, Punjabi, English, Hindi and Urdu.

Questions from the Language Section of CUET syllabus will be from the following topics but are not limited to the following topics:

  • Reading Comprehension: There will be three types of passages (maximum 300-350 words)

The questions from the General Test section, which is optional, and mandatory for certain domain subjects, are given below:

CUET 2026 Exam Pattern

According to the CUET 2026 pattern, the exam is divided into three sections. In the first section, the Language Skills of candidates will be tested through Reading Comprehension passage questions. The second section of CUET exam pattern will be based on the subject opted for and the third section is on GK, Current Affairs, Mathematics, and Logical and Analytical Reasoning. The table below shows the exam structure.

No, Bapuji Academy of Management & Research (BAMR) is not under CUET. The academy accepts the scores of certain other entrance exams such as, MAT/PGCET/KMAT. Candidates who have passed graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for reserved category) can apply for admission.
