Overall, it is a good place for getting opportunities.
Placements: CU is known for its placements. We have a department for helping us acquire interviewing skills and helping us with placements. The department is also very helpful, and it makes sure the maximum number of students get their desired placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Chandigarh University is good. The campus is clean and provides Wi-Fi. For our course, we have well-equipped labs. The hostels also facilitated Wi-Fi. They serve 3 meals a day, along with snacks. We have a medical room for emergencies. We can also go to the health care center if required. We have a sports complex. There are coaches for several sports, like martial arts, American football, athletics, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and have Ph.D.s in their specialisations. They are always ready to help, and we can go to them for extra help like research and internships. Each semester has two mid-semester tests and an end-semester exam. The pass percentage depends on the relative marking system.
Other: Other than academics, there are sports events and cultural fests. The crowd is great, and you'll meet people from all parts of the world. You should definitely come to explore more opportunities.

Best university for B.Sc. hons Chemistry.
Placements: Not always big companies came in this university so I can say placement is average as compared to other government colleges. Although I am in 2nd year so till now university didnt provide any internship for my course. But for B.Tech CSE placement is good.
Infrastructure: If talking about infrastructure so overall infrastructure is superb but sometimes there is network issues in classrooms. But donot take hostel here. Hostel is very bad they are charging 1lakh Rs for 4 seater also no proper facility is given. My hostel experience is very bad. Specially mess food its terrible and disgusting. Water coolers are also not maintained properly.
Faculty: Some faculty is excellent but some are average. So you have to find the correct faculty who can help you and guide you. Examination system is superb. I really appreciate that. The course curriculum is relevant. It provides all the latest information about the technology used in this industry.
Other: For B.Sc. Chemistry hons I think CU is best. It provides all the lab equipments which is + point. All labs are amazing. It focus on practical knowledge.

I love Chandigarh university.
Placements: 68% of students were placed in our course. The highest package was 6 Lacs, average package was 3.5 Lacs and the lowest package offered was 2 Lacs. Top recruiting companies were Vedanta innovation pvt ltd, IDS INFOTECH LTD, INGENIOUS E-BRAIN SOLUTION, godrej & boyce mfg. Co. Ltd. etc. Many students got internship from our course and in which companies our students got internship are - CADILA PHARMACEUTICALS, SUN PHARMA, GLENMARK, ACC CEMENT, IIT INDORE, CSIR, palampur, IISER, mohali. These are very few to name, we have many more companies for internship of students. Top roles offered in our course are analytical, biochemical engineering and chemical engineering.
Infrastructure: All classrooms are Wi-Fi enabled along with projectors for advance learning. We have the facility of e - library where we can access books and journals of high level. Labs of chemistry department are well organised and equipped with all essential, apparatus. In labs we perform all experiments under the guidance of faculty and learn handling of instruments. In hostel, rooms are ventilated and spacious. Regular cleaning is done by the sweepers and those who need AC rooms they can also get it by paying the prescribed fee. Mess is also good. Hygiene is properly maintained everywhere.
Faculty: Faculty of our department is best. And are every teacher is qualified and are very helpful. We always get support of our teachers in our work. Mentor is also provided to us so that we can share all our problems directly to the mentor. Faculty is best.
Other: I love chemistry that's why I choose B.Sc. chemistry (hons. ). CU gives practical knowledge more to us regarding our experiments. Events are also organized, fest every year, extra curricular activities are also organized by our block. There are many clubs which organize activities every month.

It’s the best university for experience and has various opportunities for youthfull youth.
Placements: There are approximately 50 students in this course. Placements are average, you just have to maintain a good score. Most students go for higher studies like Ph.D. abroad or clear further exams like CLAT or IIT JAM. Very few students go for placements, and most go for higher studies.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is great. Labs have all the facilities. Even the libraries are worth sitting in. Food with various varieties is available. Classrooms are well furnished. AC is available in class. There are various co-curricular activities in which you can participate, like NCC or other sports.
Faculty: The exam pattern is well developed. Exam difficult level is moderate, and even weak students score well or average. First MSTs are conducted two times in one semester, EST also takes place. MSTs are of 20 marks each. Internal marks hold a big value, and they include all assignments, surprise tests, and quizzes. Teachers are very supportive. Teachers are very supportive. Even though the professor and HOD are supportive and kind, they guide you perfectly.
Other: It's a great experience to be here. There are also many events taking place related to studies, and it will be a nice experience, overall.
