KMC is definitely worth taking admission in, as it has a wide range of courses.
Placements: Overall, KMC placements are over 50%, and companies like M&M, ITC, and others are the top recruiters from here. The highest package so far from the KMC campus has been 20 LPA. Our department placements are a little slim, but courses like Economics (Hons.) and B.Com (Hons.) have close to 80% placements.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is clean and nice, with seven buildings in total. The best part of our infrastructure is our Ashoka Lawn, where gatherings keep happening. It is also where top personalities, including our former Prime Minister Late Dr. Manmohan Singh, who was an alumnus of our college, have held sessions.
Faculty: All the teachers are either Doctors or Master’s degree holders, and as teaching in DU means you have to be among the absolute best, my college faculty members are definitely the best. The kind of knowledge and experience that KMC faculty members have is hard to find elsewhere. Exams are difficult, as it is DU after all.
Other: This is a course for which the CUET cut-off is 758, so only knowledgeable and highly intelligent students can get admission. Some students have come through the sports quota, but even for SC/ST categories, the cut-off for our course is 722.

College facilities and location are very good.
Placements: There are around 55–60 students in my college currently, and the highest package offered from my college is 27.5 LPA, while the lowest package is 1.9 LPA, roughly 75% of students get internships from here. The companies like Deloitte, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, EY, and Genpact hire students from our college.
Infrastructure: I live in Delhi, so I don’t stay in the hostel, and as my college is not so far, I travel daily from home to college. Some of my friends who live in the hostel say that the hostel facility is very good in our college. Almost all sports facilities are available in college, and the grounds are well maintained, but since I like to play cricket, I feel there are not enough facilities for cricket and also no proper cricket ground available. The canteen food is okay.
Faculty: The faculty is not so good in my college; there are many teachers who are busy showing their ego and attitude, however, there are also some good teachers who understand students’ problems and help to solve them. As I am a first-year student, I don’t know much about exams yet, because I haven’t taken any semester exams so far, one thing I would like to mention is that the principal of our college is not good they are very rude and create trouble for students who try to organize events in the college.
Other: The best thing about this course is that it includes Maths and also one programming language subject (C++), so we get knowledge of both information and technology.

Very bad infrastructure, teaching staff, and no placement assistance at BRAC.
Placements: Many students are continuing with the 4th year as per the new educational rules, and some are going for their Masters in other colleges. The top roles offered in our course are data analyst and business analyst. Mainly, students take internships from outside only. EY also hires from our college for the role of data analyst.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is horrible. The classrooms don’t have benches, and there are no hostel facilities or medical rooms. Sports facilities are very bad, and in the labs, computers don’t work. No student ID is given, and there is no proper way of communication about information passing. The college faculty are very rude. No assistance is provided by them, and they don’t want to do any work.
Faculty: The teachers are well-educated and qualified, but they don’t want to teach, the course curriculum is nice, as it follows the curriculum of the London School of Economics, which makes students industry-ready. More than 90% of students pass, though many students usually fail in Maths.
Other: The best thing about Economics Honours is that it is one of the most prestigious courses. The events and fests are nice, but the campus crowd is very bad, as students come from that area, and the area is not safe because people there are thieves. There are many societies, but they are not as active compared to other colleges of DU.

I'm happy being in this college, some good friends, new learnings, connections etc.
Placements: Placement is average, not many get the placements, but those who do are in some really good companies like Deloitte, BCG, KPMG, PwC, Adani, etc. The average package is 9 LPA, and the highest of all time that came to our college is 36 LPA. Some of the roles are in finance, consulting, human resources, assistant managers, etc.
Infrastructure: Our classrooms are really good, with AC in every single one of them. Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole campus. Although the canteen is under construction, once made, it will be really cool, i don't live in the hostel, so I can't tell much, but from what I have heard, it's good and has good food.
Faculty: The teachers are good and very knowledgeable, but in the end, you do have to study by yourself. However, teachers are available to help you out, the curriculum can be a bit hectic, but you will learn to manage it, semester exams are average, not too tough, not too easy.

Absolutely OK, college hectic timings, good infra, need improvement in facilities like AC and Wi-Fi.
Placements: Around 15% of students get placed in my course. The highest is 30 LPA and the lowest is 7 LPA. I don't know about the companies as it is my first year, but the company names I heard from my seniors are KPMG, Deloitte, ZS Associates, etc. Around 60% of students got internships as per the knowledge from seniors, but the companies were not disclosed to me.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good in A Block, but Block C is newly constructed, so its infrastructure is really good. Even now, some construction work is going on in college. About the facilities, I would say each and every class has AC, but in some classes, the AC chills the class, while in a few, the AC barely works. Our classroom lacks power sockets there’s hardly one working power socket in each class of Block A. Currently, the boys' hostel is undergoing some renovation, so it is closed.
Faculty: The faculty are really good as of now, as per my section. They try to teach beyond classes. They are well qualified, with lots of knowledge and experience. The teaching quality is good some teachers teach exceptionally, but some teach well, as a few students disturb the flow of the class with their rubbish questions to grab the attention of the teacher.
Other: I chose this course as I am from a commerce and business background. This course had already attracted me, and the best thing about this course is the practical knowledge it has through Law and Management. The best thing would be the more student-friendly course. I would say there must be morning and evening timings to minimize the crowd in the college and to have a less hectic schedule for students. Till date, I have not even joined a single event.

Absolutely well satisfied with the college faculty, infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Recognised for exceptional placement opportunities. Placement cell works throughout the year to get CVs vetted on time with regular updates and communication. Placements at Deloitte and McKinsey can be scored with an appropriate GPA and skills. The highest package offered was 36 LPA.
Infrastructure: High-speed Wi-Fi connection at the library, I would appreciate it if the connection were stronger at other places as well. Well-equipped AC classrooms, sports complex made fit for all kinds of sports. Well-maintained hostels. Medical facilities are made available at all times.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and really very helpful. They create a conducive environment for learning. Tute sessions help us clear our doubts. Curriculum involves both practical and bookish knowledge. Sem exams are tough, but can be passed with good preparation.
Other: Eco Hons is a degree with highly paying jobs. Events are well-conducted and fun to attend. Love the campus and the surroundings.

  • If candidates are happy with the assigned college and course, they can freeze the request through their dashboard.
  • Once they select this option, they will not be considered for "upgradation" of choice in further rounds of CSAS.
  • Candidates must only select this option only if they are satisfied with the allocated seat and want to take admission to this course & college
  • If they do not choose to upgrade or freeze your admission, their current status will be maintained.

Step 4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the concerned college will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification.

Step 5: Once the DU-affiliated college accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat.

On the basis of the availability of seats due to rejections, cancellations, and withdrawals, DU may announce multiple allocation rounds. The University of Delhi will display the vacant seats on its admission website (admission.uod.ac.in) before every allocation round.
