- The JEE Main 2026 registration process for the first session for IIT Delhi admission to BTech, BArch, and BPlan courses is expected to start in Oct 2025.
- The UCEED 2026 registration portal is open for IIT Delhi admission to the B.Des course. With the regular fee, the deadline to register is Oct 31, 2025. Further, the UCEED Exam 2026 will be conducted on Jan 18, 2026.

As per the latest NIRF report 2023-24, the total student intake for the IIT Delhi four-year UG course was 4312. The four-year UG courses (BTech and BDes) emerged as the most popular courses at IIT Delhi, with two-year PG courses (MTech, MSc, etc.) coming in at a close second, with 3568 students enrolling for the same. Comparing the categories, it is clear the IIT Delhi Engineering courses are the most popular choice amongst students, while the IIT Delhi Management courses saw a decent participation with 243 students.
Gender Diversity:
IIT Delhi saw a consistently low female participation with 19% of females in UG courses and 18% for PG courses
