NIT Rourkela MTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
MTech at National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela is offered for a two-year duration for BE/ BTech graduates. The postgraduate-level course is divided into a semester pattern. Some of the specialisations include, MTech in Computer Science, MTech in Biotechnology, MTech in Biomedical Engineering, etc.
NIT Rourkela MTech course admission is based on a valid Graduate Aptitude Test (GATE) score obtained by eligible candidates. The seat allotment process at NIT Rourkela is then carried out through three rounds of CCMT Counselling. In case of vacant seats, the seats are allotted through National Spot Round (NSR) Counselling, conducted in two rounds.
