TS Inter Exam Pattern 2026: Students preparing to take up the TS Inter exam this year must be aware of TS Inter Exam Pattern 2026 as it gives them a general idea about the exam format. By checking the exam pattern, they will prepare accordingly and perform better in the exam. Knowing the exam pattern of TS Intermediate 2026 is essential as it helps students to prepare better. As per the announced TS Inter exam pattern, both first and second-year exams will be conducted for three hours. TS Inter Exam Pattern 2026

The exam pattern for TS inter 2026 exams can be broadly divided into four categories, as given below:

Subjects with maximum marks - 100 marks and duration - 3 hours

  • English, optional languages (viz., Telugu, Hindi, Sanskrit, Urdu, Arabic, French, Tamil, Kannada, Oriya, Marathi), Commerce, Economics, Civics, History, Geology, Home Science, Logic, Public administration, Sociology, and Psychology.

Subjects with maximum marks - 75 marks and duration - 3 hours

  • Mathematics and Geography.

Subjects with maximum marks - 60 marks and duration - 3 hours

  • Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology.

Subjects with maximum marks - 50 marks and duration - 3 hours

    • Music.

TSBIE is strictly against the practise of using any unfair means during the examinations. The board is actively working to prevent and discourage any malpractice during board examinations every year. 

So, you are advised to go through the TS inter syllabus and solve as many previous years question papers and sample papers to avoid cheating during the TS 12th board exams.

You can treat the TSBIE sample paper as a mock test and time yourself while answering it. This will make you familiar with the exam pattern and marking scheme, after which you will eventually find the TS Inter board paper easy.
