Candidates who have passed Master's degree in Chemistry/ Life Sciences/ Mathematics/ Physics related subjects from educational Institutions approved by UGC/ Government. Degrees obtained through Distance Education/ Correspondence Mode for the qualifying degree specified in [(i) or (ii)]. Candidates yet to appear or have appeared in the final examination for the qualifying degree specified in [(I) or (ii)] and whose results are likely to be declared by July 15, 2025.

IIT Graduates and GATE qualified candidates can apply online with required information on COAP. NON-GATE Qualifiers and sponsored category students needs to apply separately to the institute.
Suitability Test/ Interview
NON-GATE Qualifiers and sponsored category students needs to appear for suitability test/ interview. IIT Graduates and GATE qualified candidates are exempted.
Final Selection
Admission to IT Graduates and GATE qualified candidates is made by the institute on the basis of marks in GATE score/IIT score. Admission to NON-GATE Qualifiers and sponsored category students is made by the institute based on their performance in suitability test/ interview.
