Yes, IIT BHU offers Merit-cum-Means scholarships to 25% undergraduate students. Besides, there are several endowment scholarships offered by the Institute. In order to get admission into BTech programme of IIT (BHU), a candidate should have passed Class12 with a minimum of 75 percent in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
