MIT Institute of Design (DET) is a design aptitude test for admission to design courses offered by MIT Institute of Design. The exam will include a Design Entrance Test (DET). The exam will include subjective and objective questions. The scores of the DET will be used to shortlist candidates for a Studio Test and a Personal Interview.
The application form for MITID DAT 2026 will open soon. Candidates who meet the prescribed legibility criteria may apply before the last date. The last date to apply will be in February 2026.
