NIIFT Application Form 2023 - The Northern India Institute of Fashion Technology (NIIFT) has extended the last date of submission of the NIIFT 2023 application form to May 28, 2023 (from April 30). The online application form opened on March 31, 2023.

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for their respective programs may duly fill out the application form and submit it before the last date; the application link is given below. 

The exam for the design courses will be followed by an interview and the candidates qualifying in both rounds will be called for counseling.

The exam and interview schedule for UG courses will be announced shortly. The online exam is not required for candidates seeking admission to PG programs. Instead, final admissions merit lists will be generated based on the qualifying degree exam.

How to Fill NIIFT Exam 2023 Application Form?

Aspirants need to follow the below-mentioned steps to successfully fill the application form for NIIFT Entrance Exam 2023.

Step 1: Register on NIIFT Admission Portal

To begin with, candidates need to register themselves on the admission portal of NIIFT. For the same, candidates need to visit the official website of the college and click the Admission link. The NIIFT admission portal will open on the screen. Thereafter, candidates need to click the link, Fresh Candidate (CLICK HERE) to create a log in.

Step 2: Fill in the details

Candidates have to fill in all details asked such as name, date of birth, email id, mobile number and program selection. After filling all the required details click the submit button. On clicking the button, candidates will be successfully registered on the NIIFT admission portal. It may be noted that confirmation for registration will also be sent to the candidates’ registered email id.

Step 2: Fill NIIFT Entrance Exam Application Form

Next, candidates need to log in to their accounts (using their registered email Id and date of birth) by clicking on the link, 'Already Logged in Candidate' can start filling out the application form. Some of the details that candidates need to fill in the NIIFT online application form are:

• Personal details such as name, gender, nationality, father's name, mother's name, blood group, domicile, category, address, etc.

• Educational details such as the name of the qualification, subjects studied, percentage scored, etc.

Note: Candidates are recommended to save their information while filling NIIFT entrance exam application form online. In case they wish to edit any information they can do so by logging in to their accounts again. However, after editing the information candidates must ensure that they save the information edited.

Step 3: Upload Photo and Signature

After all details in the application form are filled candidates will have to choose if they want to upload their photograph/ signature. If a candidate clicks on 'Yes' he/she will have to upload photograph/ signature. If a candidate clicks on 'No' he/she will have to affix the photograph and signature on the Printout of Application Form and to be dispatched to AIMA, New Delhi. Photograph and signature should be as per the specifications mentioned below:

• Photograph: It must be a recent passport size colour picture in .jpg or .jpeg format. Also, the size of the picture should be within 5kb and 50 kb.

• Signature: Signature should be on white paper with a black ink pen in .jpg or .jpeg format. The size of the file should not be more than 50 kb and not less than 5kb.

Step 4: Pay NIIFT Entrance Exam Application Fee

Candidates can pay NIIFT entrance exam application fee in the online (debit/credit card/net banking) or using Demand Draft drawn in favor of NIIFT Mohali.

It may be noted that candidates paying the application fees via DD need to fill in its details in the online form.

Note: Once the fee is paid, candidates would not be able to make any edits in the application form.

Step 5: Submit NIIFT Entrance Exam Application Form

Lastly, candidates need to take a printout of the duly filled online application form and send it along with testimonials at the below-mentioned address:
