The registration facility for JoSAA counselling was available on the official website i.e. josaa.nic.in. All candidates had to complete the registration and participate in further processes through JoSAA official website login. Check the steps below to complete the JoSAA 2021 registration:

Step-3: Click on the checkbox stating “Using a verification code sent via text message (SMS) to your Registered Mobile No”

Step-5: Click on the ‘Submit’ button to receive an SMS on the registered mobile number with the verification code
Step-6: Enter the verification code and proceed to create a new password for the JoSAA portal
Steps to Recover JoSAA Password (using email)
Step-1: Visit the JoSAA official website
Step-2: On the login window search for ‘Forgot Password’ and click on it
Step-3: Click on the checkbox stating “Using a reset link sent via Email to your Registered Email address.”
Step-4: In the appearing window enter the required details
Step-5: Click on the ‘Submit’ button to receive the password reset link at the registered email ID
Step-6: Click on the password reset link and proceed to create a new password for the JoSAA portal
Choice Filling/Locking using JoSAA Official Website Login 2021
After entering the login credentials successfully, candidates can fill in choices as per the schedule. Candidates can enter as many choices of colleges and courses for admission based on their JEE Main and Advanced scores. After completing the choice filling, the JoSAA portal will host the choice locking facility by providing the following options

- I will lock my choices later
After locking the choices, candidates must take a printout of their choices.
Checking Seat Allotment Result using JoSAA Official Website Login
JoSAA will release the seat allotment result after every round.
