MHT CET PCM Question Paper 2026 Session 1: The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell has concluded the MHT CET 2026 PCM session 1 exam. | April 11, 2026 | The first shift exam was conducted from 9 am to 12 pm. As per feedback from students on social media and on-ground interactions, "questions in Physics were a straightforward numericals on mechanics and optics, mostly from Class 12. Chemistry questions were moderate, mostly from organic reactions and physical chemistry, though some found assertion-reasoning types tricky. "Maths was overall moderate, but had lengthy calculus and vector algebra problems that took much of students time. Many students reported 50-60% moderate-to-difficult questions in Math, contrasting with easier Physics (40% easy) and Chemistry (balanced across topics). The exam analysis will cover subject-wise difficulty level, overall difficulty of paper, topics covered as well as expected percentile for a marks range. |
The second shift MHT CET 2026 exam was held from 2 pm to 5 pm. As per the aspirants who took test in shift 2, the paper aligned closely with the Maharashtra State Board syllabus with 20% questions from Class 11 topics and 80% from Class 12. Physics and Chemistry was easy whereas Maths was toughest. Questions in Maths were lengthy and calculative. Physics questions were from Optics and Mechanics. MHT CET PCM Result Date 2026
The CET Cell has not announced the exact date for release of the PCM result. The MHT CET 2026 PCM exam finished on April 20. The CET Cell will first release the answer key followed by challenge/objection raising facility. The tentative MHT CET result date 2026 PCM is June. The result will be announced online in the official website cetcell.mahacet.org. MHT CET 2026 Result Scorecard download facility will be available through candidate login at portal-2026.maharashtracet.org.
