IIT Roorkee released the GATE 2025 result on March 19. Candidates who had appeared exam, were able to check at GATE GOAPS portal using their enrollment ID and password. The poll resulted around 2517 participation and responses refelected a bag of mixed emotions from high confidence to nervousness.

What does it mean for GATE 2025 Aspirants
- Students who felt fully confident - Based on Shiksha poll, 29% of aspirants felt super confident about their performance in GATE 2025. If you are among them, then now it's time to start planning for MTech admissions and apply for PSUs based on your expected scores. Go through the GATE cutoff trends and start preparing for next stage.
- Students who felt clueless - About 40% aspirants felt doubtful of their performance. If you are among them, then look for backup options. Apply for state-level entrance exams, such as TS PGECET, AP PGECET, VITREE, etc. You can look for alternative career options where your interests match.
- Candidates who are nervous about their results - Candidates who are nervous, remember this is not the end. There are many career options beyond GATE. Give a break and work on yourself, take online certification programmes and internships to gain skills and technical knowledge.
