No, IIITDM does not offer any direct admission for BTech programme. Candidates seeking admission to the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Kancheepuram BTech courses must visit the official website of the respective entrance exams. For BTech, IIITDM Kancheepuram accepts JEE Main entrance test scores for admission followed by JoSAA counselling. The seat allotment to the BTech programmes is based on the All India Rank published by CBSE. Admission is based only on All India Rank (AIR). State Rank is not Considered for admission into IIITs. 

YMCA University of Science and Technology accepts the JEE Mains/LEET entrance exam scores for admission to Bachelor of Technology. Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must have studied Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subject and Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship with 50% marks in the above subject taken together from any recognised Board/council. 40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category. National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the CUET 2025 exam date anytime soon at nta.ac.in. It is expected that CUET UG 2025 exam will be held in May/June. Yes, students who have not appeared for JEE Main can still get admission to the LNMIIT BTech programme. The mode of admission that does not require a JEE Main score is the 'Board Toppers' admission mode. In this mode, students who have secured the top positions in the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (or any other recognised board of India) are offered admissions based on their rank. 

Only the topper of each board who has applied to LNMIIT for admission and fulfills the eligibility criteria gets admission to the chosen course. The rest of the applicants who have applied under the same mode are offered admissions based on availability of the seats.
