MET slot booking 2026 for Phase 1 exam has concluded. Registered candidates were able to book their exam slots through online MET slot booking 2026 at manipal.edu. To log in for slot booking, they had to use their MAHE application number and MET OTBS password. The Online Test Booking System (OTBS) password was the candidate's date of birth in DDMMYYYY format. Once logged in, they could change their password. Candidates had to choose their preferred MET exam dates 2026 and slots. If they were unable to complete slot booking, then exam slots will be allotted automatically, as per availability.

Since MET slot booking 2026 is done on a first come first serve basis, candidates were advised to complete the process as soon as they can. This will ensure that they have higher chances of being allotted their preferred exam slots. MET 2026 hall ticket for Phase 1 exam will be released on April 10. How to access the MET Slot Booking 2026 facility?

MET 2026 slot booking process was open online. Students could follow given steps to book their slots. Since slot booking is over, candidates can check steps given below for reference.

  • First, candidates will have to go to official website. To log in, candidates will have to enter their MET 2026 application form number and OTBS Password, i.e., their date of birth in format of DDMMYYYY. After logging in, they will be able to change their passwords as per their preference.
  • Next, candidates will have to verify their details displayed on left hand side of screen. After verification, candidates have to click on 'Book a seat' tab. Selection of preferred test city under “City” dropdown list has to be done.
  • Candidates will have to follow given steps to book their slots. Select preferred date Select “Test centre name” from dropdown. If city has multiple test centres, same will be displayed. Selection of preferred test centre has to be made. After selection, Test centre address will be displayed along with number of seats available for booking on each day/slot. Once exam date and slot are selected, candidates will have to click on 'Book' to book the slot
  • Candidates will have to press 'OK' to proceed. On clicking, a dialogue box will appear showing selected test centre address details, date and the slot of examinations. Click on 'Confirm' to book slot or 'Cancel' to resume.

  • The authorities will not accept requests to change the allotted MET 2026 slots under any circumstances.
