In the last year's AILET question paper for UG course, GK questions were prominently related to static GK. The number of current affairs-related questions was lower. Questions were mainly related to law field and Economics. These questions were related to topics, such as Supreme Court of India, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
A large number of questions in the section were based on topics related to international relations, such as international alliances, agreements and G20 Summit.
Other main topics covered in the GK section of the previous year's AILET question paper were awards, sports, geography of India and books and authors.
In the AILET GK & Current Affairs section, there are 30 questions are asked. Each question is of 1 mark. So, total marks can be scored from this section.
AILET Preparation Tips 2027
The candidates who aspire to take admission to the NLU Delhi must have a strict and well-strategised plan to ace the exam. Since the competition level of this exams is high, candidates will have to face a cutthroat competition to ace the exam. For the ease of candidates, we have listed below a few important tips to prepare well for the AILET 2027 exam:
- Go through the AILET 2027 Syllabus and Exam Pattern to get acquainted with the subjects, topics, sub-topics and marking scheme of the exam.
- Collect the Study Material, including AILET Sample Papers and start solving them atleast 30 days prior to the exam date, this will help in increasing the speed and efficiency of solving the questions.
- Practice at least one AILET previous year paper daily to understnad the kind of questions asked in the exam and expect difficulty level.
- Solving previous year AILET question papers in an exam-like setting by putting a timer, as well as avoiding any electronic interefence such as mobile, internet, laptopls will help get familiar with the exam in advance, and in turn, candidates will not get panicked during the time when the exam takes place.
- Do not pick up new topics in the last days of the exam as it will only aid in loosing crucial time eventually effecting the preparation for the exam. If one is concentrating on the topics mostly asked, they may fetch more marks than having a strategy to learn all the topics.
- Revise the important topics every alternate day. More revision will bring more clarity of topics and therefore, the questions asked in the exam from such topics will be more rewarding than the ones which are newly learnt.
