Yes, candidates should carry two stamp size photograph on the exam day along with the admit card. This photograph should be affixed on the attendance sheet.
The AILET counselling fee of INR 30,000 (INR for reserved category candidates) will be refunded only to candidates who have successfully registered for the counselling and paid the fee but who could not find a place in the merit list. The refund will be initiated by NLU Delhi to the source on completion of the admission process, whichever is earlier.
The AILET counselling process includes the following steps:
- Release of AILET invite list
- Registration for counseling by candidates inlcuded in the list
- Release of provisional admission list
- Pay admission fee
NLU Delhi provides admission to its BA LLB and LLM programme based on the AILET 2026 scores. However, all other NLUs in the country accept CLAT scores for providing admission to their courses. Candidates can sit for both the entrance exams to expand their scope of admission.
National Law University (NLU) Delhi
The NLU Delhi is one of the top law schools in the country. It has been ranked amongst the top five best law universities under the NIRF rankings. The University was established in 2008 and offers admission in BA LLB (Hons), LLM, and PhD programmes. While the admission to all other NLUs in the country is done through CLAT, the admission for law courses offered by NLU Delhi is done through All India Law Entrance Test (AILET).
NLU Delhi is known for its Corporate law placements, International law exposure, Research centres, Moot court competitions and internship opportunities. Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (DU)
It is one of the oldest and well-known law institutes in the country. It was established in 1924. It has produced several known judges, senior advocates, politicians, and legal scholars. The Faculty of Law operates through Campus Law Centre (CLC), Law Centre I & Law Centre II.

The exam date for the All India Law Entrance Test will be released with a notification. The AILET 2027 application form will be released for admission to BA LLB and LLM courses.
