APICET 2022 Exam Analysis

Andhra University, Visakhataptnam on behalf of APSCHE conducted APICET 2022 exam on July 25, 2022. The session 1 of APICET exam was concluded at 11.30 AM and session 2 concluded at 5.30 PM. As per the student’s reaction, the question paper was moderately easy. The paper consisted of 200 questions as prescribed by the authorities.

Andhra Pradesh ICET previous year question papers are available online. Candidates can visit the official website of Shiksha (https://shiksha.com/mba/apicet-exam-question-papers) to download the past years question papers. Candidates will be able to download the question paper for free. Andhra Pradesh ICET question paper will help candidates to acquaint with the difficulty level and actual exam environment. Candidates must assess their performance and preparation level with the help of previous year question papers. Candidates must ensure to solve AP ICET previous year question paper to reinforce learning and revision of important topics.
Q:   Will the APICET question paper have descriptive type questions?
A: 

No, all the questions in the APICET question paper will be objective type questions and will be in MCQ format. Candidates will be given four options for each question. Candidates will have to select the correct option for each question. Andhra Pradesh ICET question paper will consist of 200 Multiple Choice Questions. Each question will be for one mark. There will be no negative marking for any wrong answers. Candidates will have to attempt the 200 questions in 150 minutes. There will be no sectional time limit to attempt the AP ICET exam sections. AP ICET 2026 exam will be held in first week of May in computer based mode across 25 districts of Andhra Pradesh.

Analytical ability section was easy to moderate. This section was divided into two parts problem solving and data sufficiency. This section included a total of 75 MCQs, wherein 55 and 20 questions were from problem-solving and data sufficiency respectively.

Candidates cannot download the APICET question paper soon after appearing for the exam. The official question paper is released along with the release of the preliminary answer key and response sheet. Candidates can access the APICET question paper here. AP ICET 2026 answer key will be released online at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in along with the official question papers. Candidates are not required to enter their login credentials to download the answer key and question paper.

Detailed APICET 2022 Exam Analysis

Mathematical Ability

Questions in this section were time-consuming and a bit lengthy as per the test takers of AP ICET 2022. Mathematical Ability section had a total of 55 questions. This section covered the topics like Number System, Time & Work, Profit & Loss, Ratios and Proportions, Equations, Numbers, Mensuration, and Geometry.

Analytical Ability

As per the APICET 2022 test-takers, analytical ability section had many tricky sections. This section was divided into two parts problem solving and data sufficiency. This section included a total of 75 MCQs, wherein 55 and 20 questions were from problem-solving and data sufficiency respectively.

Communication Ability

The communication ability section was comparatively easy to attempt. This section included the questions from Comprehension, Vocabulary, and Grammar. This section consisted of total of 70 questions. Yes, candidates will be required to pay the Andhra Pradesh ICET 2026 answer key objection fee. The Fee has to be paid for each objection raised on a Andhra Pradesh ICET 2026 question, which is INR 300, and the same is refundable for a valid objection only.

Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) is conducted once in a year. Hence, candidates can appear for examination once in a year. For the upcoming session, Andhra Pradesh ICET 2026 exam is scheduled to be held on May 02, 2026.

AP ICET 2026 result or rank card will be released on May 16, 2026. The results are expected to be announced by 6 PM. APSCHE will announce Andhra Pradesh ICET score 2026 based on the objections received by candidates.

No, candidates cannot raise objection for Andhra Pradesh ICET answer key 2026 once the results are declared. Andhra Pradesh ICET 2026 answer key objection window will be provided from May 05 to May 07, 2026. Candidates can challenge the answer key during the given window only.

APICET 2026 total marks are 200. Andhra Pradesh ICET question paper will consist of 200 multiple choice questions of one mark each. For every correct answer, candidate will get one mark and no negative marking will apply for any wrong answer or not attempted question.
