CMAT 2021 Student Reactions and Reviews
Samveg: CMAT 2021 was easy to moderate. If I tell you about Quant section, the Profit & Loss and Arithmetic questions were easy and straightforward. Algebra and Geometry questions were moderately difficult. Logical Reasoning section was lengthy but easy. In VARC, one RC passage was easy and one was moderately difficult. GK section was a bit difficult but GK question is always uncertain. I gave a total of 70 attempts and expecting marks around 230-240.
Ribhu: The paper was easy. I have attempted up to 80 per cent of the total questions and confident that all of them would be right. For me, GK questions were tough and DI questions were moderate. So, I think it was overall moderate paper.
Nikita: The Logical Reasoning section was quite easy, Quant was a little difficult and English was also tough. The RC passages were tough.
Damini: The Verbal Ability, Quantitative Techniques and Logical Reasoning sections of CMAT 2021 paper were easy compared to GK. In VA there were two passages which were easy, there were questions on grammar but vocabulary was less. In LR, there were number series, blood relation, arrangement, coding and decoding. In Quantitative Techniques, there was one DI pie chart having four questions. Overall, it was a moderate paper.
Sachin: The exam pattern was fine but comparatively tougher than previous year’s exam. The Quantitative Techniques and General Awareness sections were on the difficult side. English section was fine. In Quantitative Techniques, there were questions on P&C, Probability and all the expected topics.
