As per the official information brochure, the Karnataka PGCET counselling has a total of two rounds. However, KEA may change the process to single round or three rounds depending on factors like, number of seats, deadline to close admissions, etc.

Yes, aspirants are allotted seat in MBA based on Karnataka PGCET scores. Such candidates need to participate in KEA Counselling for seat allotment. Students need to provide course and college preference in the counselling form.
