Special OJEE 2026 will be held in the second week of July 2026, tentatively. The exam will be held in the computer-based test mode. Special OJEE is also called the 2nd OJEE. Last date of 2nd OJEE registration is June 28, 2026. The Special OJEE registration date 2026 was released online after the OJEE result 2026 declaration. The Special OJEE exam date, time and admit card wil be released prior to the exam. Candidates will be able to register online on the official website of OJEE- ojee.nic.in.
Special Odisha Joint Entrance Exam or Special OJEE is conducted by the OJEE Cell for students who wish to take admissions through OJEE but were not able to appear for the exam. Special OJEE 2026 will be conducted for admissions to BTech, LeTech (Diploma), LeTech (B.Sc), MBA, MCA, MTech, MPlan, MArch and MPharma courses under OJEE. - Three new courses, MTech, MPlan and MArch have also been added for admission through Special OJEE.

No, the OJEE exam cannot be given remotely. Every year the OJEE exam is conducted in the computer-based test mode. In 2021, the exam was however conducted in the remote protored test mode because of the coronavirus pandemic. Ever since, the OJEE exam has always been conducted in the computer-based test mode (CBT). To take the exam, candidates have to visit the OJEE exam centre and take the exam online.
They can choose upto three preferred OJEE test cities during the OJEE exam registration. Candidates must reach the test centre at least an hour before the commencement of the exam in order to avoid any hassle on the exam and complete the frisking formalities at the exam GATE smoothly.
Six months is an ample time to prepare for the Odisha JEE exam. Students need to have a structured study plan to begin their OJEE exam preparation. OJEE Counselling 2026
Candidates can sit for OJEE counselling for the final seat allotment after the result declaration. The counselling takes place online and offline as well. After registering for the Special OJEE counselling, students will have to register online and then lock their choice. The counselling cell releases a seat allotment list for colleges available based on the choices filled by the candidates and the merit list.
Students who appear for the Special OJEE exam and will be awarded ranks must note that the ranking for this course starts from 1100001.
