Special OJEE counselling registration 2025 will be held from July 28, 2025, to August 1, 2025. Special OJEE 2025 result was released on July 23, 2025. 2nd/Special OJEE was conducted on July 15, 2025, and July 16, 2025. The 2nd OJEE registration 2025 was held from June 13, 2025, to June 28, 2025. Earlier, the last date of 2nd OJEE registration was June 23, 2025. The OJEE application form correction window opened on June 29, 2025, till 11 PM. The Special OJEE registration date 2025 was released online after the OJEE result 2025 declaration. Special Odisha Joint Entrance Exam or Special OJEE is conducted by the OJEE Cell for students who wish to take admissions through OJEE but were not able to appear for the exam. Such students can apply through Special OJEE 2025. Special OJEE 2025 was conducted for admissions to BTech, LeTech (Diploma), LeTech (B.Sc), MBA, MCA, MTech, MPlan, MArch and MPharma courses under OJEE. Special OJEE is also called the 2nd OJEE. OJEE Counselling 2025
Candidates can sit for OJEE counselling for the final seat allotment after the result declaration. The counselling takes place online and offline as well. After registering for the Special OJEE counselling, students will have to register online and then lock their choice. The counselling cell releases a seat allotment list for colleges available based on the choices filled by the candidates and the merit list.
Students who appear for the Special OJEE exam and will be awarded ranks must note that the ranking for this course starts from 1100001.

- Visit the official website of OJEE
- Click on the ‘2nd/Special OJEE Registration’ link on the web page
- Click on the Fresh Candidates Registration button
- You will be redirected to a new web page wherein you need to fill in details such as the name of the candidates, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, etc. and register by creating a password.
- Next, submit the details and you will be given an application ID after confirmation
- Login with your registered application number and password to fill out the application form
- Pay the application fee in online mode using Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking and wait for the fee status to be updated
- After confirmation, submit the application form and get a printout of the same for future reference.

Instructions Regarding Special OJEE 2025
Mentioned below are some important instructions regarding Special OJEE 2025:
- Special OJEE 2025 will be conducted in the computer-based test mode in the English medium.
- Special OJEE will be conducted for admissions to BTech, Le-Tech (Diploma), Le- Tech (BSc), MBA, MCA and MPharma courses under OJEE.
- Three new courses, MTech, MPlan and MArch have also been added for admission through Special OJEE.
- The second/Special OJEE 2025 exam will be conducted for admission to first-year courses in all private and government colleges in Odisha for the vacant seats left after the first round of OJEE counselling.
- Candidates belonging to states other than Odisha are not eligible for admission to government colleges. They can opt for private colleges.
- Students holding a rank or have appeared for JEE Main 2025 or OJEE 2025 do not have to appear for the Special OJEE exam.
- Candidates should reach the exam centre at least an hour before the exam. They should carry the OJEE admit cards.
- Candidates cannot leave before the exam has ended.
- Candidates should not carry any electronic gadgets, books, study material, etc. to the exam centre.
- The exam will have MCQ questions. Each question will carry four marks. One mark will be deducted in case of incorrect answer.

Follow the steps mentioned below to know how to download the Special OJEE admit card 2025:
- Visit the official website of OJEE
- Click on the '2nd/Special OJEE admit card' link on the homepage
- Enter the application number and date of birth in the DD/MM/YYYY format
- Enter the captcha code
- Now, click login.
- The Special OJEE admit card will be displayed on the screen which can be downloaded
- Click on the download button and take a coloured printout of the admit card.
If candidates are not able to download their admit card (who have successfully submitted their applications before the last date), then they can visit https://odishajee.com/centre4/ and enter their application number and directly check their exam centre and other details.
The OJEE counselling process is online. Candidates have to register online by filling out the OJEE counselling form and paying the counselling fee. Once the students have registered for the counselling process, they can lock their choices as the choice-locking window opens. The OJEE exam authorities will first release a temporary seat allotment on the basis of on choices locked by the students and then release a merit list. They can check their seat allotment online and report to the nodal centre for admission fee payment and document verification.
No, admissions to medical, dental, AYUSH and allied courses in Odisha are done on the basis of NEET scores only. Scores of OJEE or the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) will not be considered for medical or allied course admission. Hence, candidates seeking admission to medical and allied courses in the state of Odisha must have appeared, or plan to appear for NEET and qualify for the exam as well. Admission to Odisha NEET counselling will be done for 85 per cent state quota seats and is conducted by OJEE Counselling Committee.
