XIMB NMAT Cut Off 2026
The XIMB NMAT cutoff 2026 is not applicable for MBA-BM under the current 2027 admission notification. XIM University has officially specified XAT, CAT, GMAT and XGMT as the admission tests for its MBA-BM programme.
Candidates who are specifically looking for the NMAT cutoff for XIMB should therefore not consider an NMAT score sufficient for MBA-BM admission unless XIM University announces a change in its admission policy.
Some third-party sources have reported an expected NMAT cutoff of around 90 percentile for XIMB. However, this should not be treated as an official XIMB NMAT cutoff 2026.

NMAT sectional cutoff is the minimum score required in each section of the exam for admission to a particular B-school. NMAT exam has three sections.
The scores of candidates will be equated and percentile scores are calculated after the completion of exam for declaring the final NMAT result. Check below, how the scaled and percentile scores are calculated.
Scaled scores: The scaled scores are prepared after normalising the marks obtained by the candidates. These scores are equated to account any differences in the overall difficulty level. This process is applied to check the scores are comparable across the different sets of question papers.
Final percentile: The final percentile is prepared after the candidates have appeared for NMAT by GMAC examination. The scorecard of NMAT sent to schools will be updated with the announcement of the result. For example, if a test taker is said to score 75 percentile, the test taker scored better than 75%ile of all the test takers who took the exam.
NMAT cutoff scores are released by the participating institutes during its admission process. Candidates have to apply for the desired b-school. Some of these institute may or may not release the NMAT cutoff scores. Candidates must refer to the official website of the desired b-school to know about the cutoff scores.
The overall NMAT cut-off level generally remains between 150-280. More than 40 B-Schools across India and 20+ international B-schools accept NMAT scores for MBA admission. the cutoff scores and percentile changes across participating b-schools. XIMB MBA-BM Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the XIMB MBA-BM programme must fulfil the basic eligibility requirements before applying.
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree of at least three years from a recognised university.
- Candidates from any discipline can apply.
- A minimum of 55% aggregate marks is required in the bachelor's degree.
- Final-year students can also apply, provided they complete their final examinations and degree requirements by June 15, 2027.
Candidates must also appear for at least one of the accepted entrance tests: XAT, CAT, GMAT or XGMT.
XIMB MBA Selection Criteria 2026
The XIMB selection process is not based only on the entrance test score. Candidates are first shortlisted based on their performance in the accepted admission test. Shortlisted candidates may then be called for further selection rounds.
