ICSE, ISC Result 2025 Re-evaluation: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has officially opened the ICSE and ISC Result 2025 Re-evaluation process, following the release of the recheck answer sheets. Students unsatisfied with their ICSE or ISC recheck results 2025 can now apply online for CISCE Re-evaluation 2025 through the official website — cisce.org. The CISCE Result 2025 Re-evaluation application window is open from May 28 to May 30, 2025.

Who Can Apply for ICSE & ISC Re-evaluation 2025?

Only candidates not satisfied with the outcome of their ISC, ICSE rechecked answer sheets are eligible to apply for re-evaluation. The application is subject-specific and applies only to papers previously submitted for rechecking.

How to Apply for CISCE Result 2025 Re-evaluation

  • Visit the CISCE official website: cisce.org
  • Click on the "Public Services" tab to access the Re-Evaluation portal
  • Login using your registered email ID and password
    • New users must create an account by clicking on "Register Now"
  • Head of Schools may apply via the CAREERS portal on behalf of students

Re-evaluation Fees for ICSE and ISC 2025

  • ICSE (Class 10): INR 1,500 per paper, per student
  • ISC (Class 12): INR 1,500 per subject, per student
  • Note: The re-evaluation fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

Important Dates for ICSE, ISC Re-evaluation 2025

  • Re-evaluation application window: May 28 – May 30, 2025
  • Results of Re-evaluation: Expected within three weeks after the last date of application
  • Final Marks: The marks awarded after re-evaluation—whether increased or decreased—will be considered final and binding

Improvement Exam 2025: Registration Opens May 30

Alongside the re-evaluation process, CISCE has announced the Improvement Examination 2025 for both ICSE and ISC students.

  • Registration Period: May 30 – June 5, 2025
  • Eligibility: All students who appeared in the 2025 board exams, except those marked as ABSENT, are eligible
Q:   When will the ICSE result be declared?
A:

The ICSE result 2026 is expected to be released in the last week of April 2026. Students can check their ICSE result 2026 using their roll number and index ID. Students must note that the ICSE result 2026 released online is provisional. They will need to collect the original marksheet from school. 

Q:   What will happen to students who fail in ICSE board exam?
A:

In case a student fails the ICSE board exam, he/she will be allowed to appear for the improvement exam in only two subjects. If the marks meets the minimum criteria, he/she will be promoted else they will have to repeat an year. 

Students are advised to go through the ICSE syllabus and know the ICSE exam pattern well. They must solve and practice the ICSE sample papers and previous years question papers to get familiar with the marking scheme, types of questions asked in the exam, difficulty level of exam and more. 

Q:   Can I check my ICSE 10th result before it is announced officially?
A:

Students are keen to know their ICSE result before it is released officially. This eagerness is specifically seen in students who have done well in ICSE 10th board exams. So, if you're the one searching for the result, congratulations, know that you have really performed well. However, please note that it isn't possible to know your marks before the result is announced officially by the board. 

CISCE is expected to release the ICSE 10th result 2026 in May 2026. Students can check their result using the roll number as mentioned in the admit card.
