Application form for NEET PG 2025 was closed by NBE. Deadline to submit NEET PG 2025 application was May 7, 2025. Students have to register first to submit application form. Application fee and other details is released by NBE. The fee remains the same as it was last year. In 2024, the application fee was reduced by INR 750 for each category. With reduced fee, candidates had to pay INR 3500 for general category while for SC/ST candidates had to pay INR 2500. Earlier candidates had to pay INR 4200 application fee for general category. Yes. Candidates can change date of birth in NEET PG application form using correction window. Apart from date of birth, they can edit, gender category, physical disability status, photograph, signature and EWS status. It must be noted details such as name, mobile number, email address, test city can't be edited. NEET PG 2025 edit window was open from May 9 to May 13, 2025.
Candidates can modify incorrect images uploaded with NEET PG 2025 application form through pre and final selective window. Pre selective window was open from May 17 to May 21, 2025. The final window to correct images for NEET PG 2025 opened on May 24, 2025. The deadline of final edit window was May 26, 2025. Registration
- Login to the official website and select NEET PG
- Select "New Registration"
- Submit details such as name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number gender, etc
- A message will appear, stating your user ID and password generated.
Filling the application form
- Login in the "Applicant login" section with user Id and password
- Enter the personal, qualification and test cenre details
Documents to be uploaded
- Upload passport size photograph, signature and thumb impression.
- Do ensure these all images must be as per size and format
Payment of registration fee
- Choose mode of payment (Net Banking/Card Payment)

Yes. MCC will announce round-3 NEET PG 2025 counselling dates and schedule only after reduction of NEET PG 2025 cutoff percentile. on January 13, 2026, MCC reduced cutoff percentile for each category. Students will have to register and declare choice of college and course for round-3 seat allotment.
