NBE released NEET PG 2025 application form online on April 17, 2025. The last date to submit application form was May 7, 2025. The application starts with registration at nbe.edu.in followed by filling details in application, choosing exam centre and paying exam fee. The exam is scheduled to be held on June 15 in two shifts, morning and afternoon.

It must be noted National Board of Examinations (NBE) accepts online NEET PG application form for the exam. Candidates have to register on the official website, nbe.edu.in to submit application for NEET PG exam

Q:   Can we edit candidates name in NEET PG application form.
A:

No. You can't edit name of the candidate in the application form for NEET PG during correction. This is the reason candidates are advised to double check all the details carefully before final submission of NEET PG 2025 application form. Correction/edit window facility is provided to edit only certain detail. Details such as name of the candidate, nationality, mobile number, Email address, test city can't be edited. It must be noted NEET PG application form is released online and candidates have to fill details and submit application in online mode. Offline and any other mode of application will not be accepted.

Q:   How many exam cities can I choose while filling the NEET PG application form?
A:

A candidate can choose only one exam city while filling the application form of NEET PG 2025. Since the number of exam cities is limited in the case of NEET PG 2025, the choice is limited. Candidates must note the application form for NEET PG is released online and candidates have to submit the form there only. NEET PG application process comprises steps such as registration, filling details in the application form including personal, qualification, and test centre information, uploading documents, and paying application fee. 

Q:   Is it necessary to complete the application of NEET PG 2025 in a single sitting?
A:

No, it is not necessary. NEET PG 2025 application form can be completed in multiple sittings once you register. But candidates are advised to fill the application form in a single sitting. The reason being it minimizes the risk of error or mistake in the application. In multiple sitting, candidates have to recall all steps again which make you prone for mistakes. It also affect the momentum to complete the process. However, candidates can choose either ways as per their convinence to fill NEET PG 2025 application form.

NEET PG 2026 application form process comprises mainly four steps starting with online registration. After registration and generation of login details, candidates have to fill out personal and academic details in the application, choose exam centre, and pay the fee. Submission of fee is compulsory to apply successfully for the exam.

Steps to Submit NEET PG 2026 Application Form

  • Visit the official website, nbe.edu.in
  • Select NEET PG and click on ‘new registration’
  • Enter details such as name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, captcha etc
  • User ID and password will be send to email or registered mobile number
  • Login again with user ID and password and enter personal, qualification and test centre details
  • Upload documents as per the size and format mentioned in information brochure
  • Pay exam fee to complete application process
  • Do remember to download application PDF for future reference

Documents Required for NEET PG 2026 Application Form: Image size, Format and Guidelines

Candidates are advised to arrange all documents before filling out NEET PG 2026 application form process. Images must be uploaded as per the size and format mentioned in the official brochure. Check the details given below:

Photograph

  • Candidates must ensure photograph should be recent one. It shouldn’t be more than 3-month old
  • You must not wear glass or cap in the photograph
  • It should have white background
  • Photograph should be in JPEG format and size should be maximum 80 KB
  • Dimension must be 3.5 cm to 4.5 cm

Signature

  • Signature must be on white plain paper and it should match in other documents as well
  • It should be in JPEG format and size should be maximum 80 KB
  • Dimension must be 6 cm to 3 cm

Thumb Impression

  • Left hand thumb impression should be drawn on white plain paper with blue or back pen
  • It should be in JPEG format and size should be maximum 80 KB.
  • Dimension must be 4 cm to 3 cm

MBBS Degree or Provisional Pass Certificate

  • MBBS degree must be uploaded in PDF format and size should be 100 KB to 1 MB
  • Degree must be issued from recognized institute or college established under Indian Medical Council Act of 1956
  • If candidates don’t get degree then in that case, a provisional pass certificate must be issued from institute

Registration Certificate

  • A valid provisional or permanent registration certificate must be uploaded in PDF format
  • Candidates are advised to check brochure for size. Usually size remains between 100 kb to 1 MB

Internship Certificate

  • Candidates should upload a valid internship certificate in PDF format.
  • It must be noted cutoff date for Internship is July 31, 2026.
  • Certificate must have mentioned starting and end date of internship

NEET PG 2026 Application Fee

NBE will release brochure, mentioning fee details for NEET PG 2026 exam. Candidates will have to pay online fee to submit application form for the exam. Fee details have been provided below:

A:

Candidates can modify certain details through NEET PG edit window. It must be noted all details can't be modified.

Q:   How to Modify the Details through NEET PG Edit Window?
A:

Check process to modify NEET PG application form given below:

  • Visit official page of NBE
  • Enter user ID and password in “Applicant Login”
  •  Application form with all details will appear on screen
  •  Click on “Go to application form”, click on it
  • Registration form will appear on screen
  • Modify required details and verify all sections
  • Do click on “save and next” option after every section
  • Enter captcha code and again click on “save and submit” option
  • A NEET PG application form will appear on screen with modified details
Q:   What information is needed for NEET PG registration for seat allotment?
A:

Candidates need to enter all those details which were submitted while submitting NEET PG application form. Some information can be filled from admit card issued before exam. This is the reason candidates are advised to save copy of application form and admit card. Both these documents are needed at various stsges of admission process for NEET PG exam.

NEET PG 2026 exam will be held tentatively in August 2025. As per the NEET PG exam pattern, total 200 multiple choice questions is asked and candidates get 3.5 hours to answer them. The question paper is divided into 5 section with 40 questions each. Each section has to be solved in 42 minutes. It must be noted, candidates can’t answer questions of next section till they exhausts the allotted time of previous section.
