RRB JE CBT 2 Shift 2 New Exam Date

RRB JE CBT 2 New Exam Date 2025: The Railway Recruitment Boards released the new exam date for the RRB JE 2025 CBT 2 Shift 2 (CEN No. 03/2024) that was held on April 22, 2025 for 12 RRBs, i.e. RRB Ajmer, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Gorakhpur, Guwahati, Bilaspur, Muzaffarpur, Patna, Prayagraj, Chennai and Siliguri. 

The RRB JE CBT 2 Shift 2 exam that was earlier conducted on April 22, 2025 will now be held on June 4, 2025. According to the official notice, the candidates who appeared on April 22, 2025, will only be allowed to sit for the June 4, 2025, examination (CEN No. 03/2024).

RRB JE CBT 2 Exam: Official Notice

The authority released the new exam date for the CBT 2 Shift 2 exam. The rescheduled exam will now be conducted on June 4, 2025. The official notice states that the Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication of candidates will be done in the examination center prior to entry in the examination hall. Candidates are required to bring their original Aadhaar card or printout of e-verified Aadhaar. Candidates are also advised to ensure that their Aadhaar is in unlock condition for verification before coming to exam center to appear for CBT-2. Candidates are advised to authenticate their identification through Aadhaar
verification, if not done already, by logging in with their credentials at rrbapply.gov.in to facilitate smooth entry into the examination center.

Rescheduled RRB JE 2025 Exam Date To Be Notified Later

It has been stated in the notice that the rescheduled RRB JE CBT 2 exam dates will be announced shortly for affected candidates. The official notice further states, "RRBs follow a strict system to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality in the creation, processing, maintenance, storage, encryption, and administration of question sets, ensuring zero human intervention in the setting and transmission of papers to exam centres through a software-based methodology. In light of this, the exam conducted in the 2nd shift on 22.04.2025 has been cancelled."

RRB JE CBT 2 Shift 2 Admit Card 2025 

RRB will release the exam city slip 10 days prior to the exam date on the official website of RRBs. So that candidates can plan their travel accordingly. On the other hand, admit cards will be released 4 days prior to the examination date.

Touts Making False Claims of Job Appointments

RRB also states in the notice to be cautious of touts attempting to mislead candidates with false promises of job appointments for a fee. RRB selections are conducted through a Computer-Based Test, and recruitment is solely based on the merit of the candidates.
