SSC CGL 2022 Tier-I CBT will be conducted from April 11 to 21. The regional websites of SSC have already released the application status for the candidates to check their exam dates. SSC CGL 2022 Tier-I Syllabus
SSC CGL syllabus is the most important part of exam preparation. The candidates are required to cover all the topics mentioned in the syllabus. The four key components of the SSC CGL syllabus are:

The candidates need to score as much as they can to ensure their selection even after the normalisation of marks.
Negative Marking in SSC CGL Tier- CBT
The candidates should note that there is a negative marking for 0.5 marks for each of the wrong answers. To tackle the negative marking, the candidates can skip the questions where they don't know the answers. But this is not possible because it is a competitive exam and the higher the number of the correct answer will increase the score hence the candidates try to answer the maximum questions. The candidates can resort to intelligent guesses in case they are confused in two of the options but only after solving the question at least halfway.

The SSC CGL 2024 notification was released online. The last date to apply online was July 24, 2024. The SSC CGL applications was also start with the release of official notification. The Commission released the SSC CGL 2024 notification pdf online only. The SSC CGL 2024 exam will be conducted from September 09 to 26, 2024. The Commission will release the official answer key (tentative) within a week of the exam. The candidates will be required to send the objections against the incorrect answers.

No. The Tier 1 marks for the SSC CGL are not used in the preparation of the final merit list. The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam is qualifying in nature. Candidates are shortlisted for Tier 2 exam. However, the final selection and ranking is based on the marks obtained in the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam.
