IPU Admission Through CUET

GGSIPU Admission Through CUET 2026: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will commence the application process for GGSIPU Admission through CUET 2026 soon. Admission to various UG-level programmes at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is offered through entrance tests such as IPU CET, CUET, UCEED, JEE Main, and other national-level entrance tests. National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the CUET 2026 in May and June 2026. The complete schedule for the CUET exams 2026 will be released soon. NTA will announce the CUET Result 2026 in July 2026.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University will start the counselling for UPU Admission through CUET 2026 in July 2026. IPU University offers admission to its various programs through the CUET score. Candidates seeking admission to IPU through the CUET program must appear for the CUET UG exam and secure the minimum required marks. CUET UG 2025 counselling is being conducted seperately by each participating institute. CUET 2025 accepting colleges/universities releases the CUET UG 2025 counselling application form. Candidates must fill the application form to appear for the admission process. On the basis of the details entered by the candidates, merit list or cut off list is prepared. The link to apply for CUET UG participating universities will be updated soon after the release of notification.

Q:   Does NTA announce CUET counselling dates?
A: 

No, National Testing Agency does not announce the CUET dates for counselling. The role of NTA ends soon after the declaration of CUET UG results. To know the CUET counselling sates, candidates must visit the official website of university they desire to take admission in. Every CUET participating university will release its own admission through CUET UG schedule.

Candidates who are appearing for the CUET 2026 exam can apply for admission and participate in the IPU Counselling through CUET. Candidates need to go through the below-mentioned chronology of IPU admission events for admission through CUET 2026:

IPU Admission through CUET 2026: Application Procedure

Candidates seeking admission to UG-level programs at IPU through CUET 2026 need to first fill out the IPU admission form (counseling form). Candidates can access the application form of IPU counseling online on the official website of the university. Applicants will be required to pay the counseling form fee.

Visit the website of Indraprastha University at ipuadmission.com.

Click on the tab for ‘Fresh Registration’ under the ‘Admissions’ drop-down menu. Provide required details such as name, contact details, etc.

Complete the registration by submitting the fresh registration form

Proceed to fill out the main counselling form. To complete the IPU CET admission form, enter the following required details.

Q:   When will the CUET UG counselling process commence?
A: 

CUET UG counselling process schedule is announced by the participating universities after the declaration of CUET results. The process will be conducted separately by the universities and it will not be a centralised counselling system. The CUET 2025 counselling process will have the following stages:

  • Each participating institute will release its individual rank list of candidates who are eligible to participate in the counselling process of CUET 2025.
  • Candidates will have to register online and then appear in online counselling followed by offline counselling.
  • Upon seat allotment, candidates will have to pay the admission fee and report to institutes to accept the admission offer.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University CUET 2026 Merit List

Once the application process for IPU counselling through CUET is done, the conducting authority will prepare a CUET merit list to offer admission. Candidates who will complete the application process will be considered for the CUET merit list preparation by IPU. IP University will consider the marks obtained in CUET 2026 of all the applicants and the reservation criteria to place them in the merit list. IPU will publish the CUET merit list on its website at ipuadmission.com. Candidates can also access the course-specific CUET merit list for IPU admissions 2026.

CUET 2026 Seat Allotment for Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University

After releasing the merit list, the conducting body will prepare the seat allotment list. Candidates who will apply for admission can download the IPU seat allotment list from the official website of IPU. Indraprastha University will also release the admission offer along with the seat allotment list. To download the same, the candidates need to use their CUET application number and password. Students need to then complete the admission process by paying the course fee.

Yes, NTA has reopened the CUET form correction window 2026 from April 17 to April 19. During this window, candidates can only edit the CUET subjects opted. Only candidates who have paid the application fee will be able to modify the CUET subjects as per the preferred programme and university.

Generally the CUET UG exam is held in the month of April or May. These exams are taken in CBT mode which means you will have to go to the centre and answer the questions using computer and the questions are in MCQ format.
