Stage 1: CUET registrations

Stage 2: Appear for CUET UG

Stage 3: Fill TUGSAS application form

Stage 4: Declaration of TISS merit list

Stage 5: Fee payment

Stage 1: CUET Registration

CUET registration 2025 is important step for applying to TUGSAS 2025. The name of the candidate, signature, and photograph will be auto-integrated from the CUET application form. Applicants must enter the details carefully while filling the CUET application form at cuetug.ntaonline.in.

Stage 2: Appear for CUET UG

The CUET 2025 exam will be Computer Based Test (CBT), wherein candidates have to report at the allotted exam centre on the day of the examination. Candidates must ensure to follow the exam day guidelines to avoid any disqualifications.

Q:   How many rounds are conducted in CUET counselling?
A:

The frequency of CUET counselling rounds is dependent on the availability of vacant seats and differs from one university to another. Typically, CUET accepting colleges conducts three rounds of counselling, but this count can fluctuate based on the remaining vacancies after each round. CUET counseling is overseen by the NTA, and only candidates meeting the CUET cut-off criteria are deemed eligible for the examination. To be considered, candidates typically need to secure a score between 300-400 in the CUET, with a score of 500 being regarded as excellent, increasing the likelihood of admission to reputable colleges. Number of seats offered in various courses can vary across participating CUET UG universities. For instance, Delhi University provides approximately 70,000 CUET UG seats.

Q:   Can I get other colleges from CUET counselling that I haven't listed on my application?
A:
Hi, No, you cannot get into colleges that you have not listed in your counseling application. 1. The CUET counseling process is done after the exam to allot colleges to qualified students in participatory universities. 2. Once the CUET exam results are announced by the NTA the respective Central Universities will declare their counseling schedule. 3. You will be required to participate in the counseling process at your preferred university. The university will assign you to a college based on your score and preferences. 4. If you have not listed any college, you will not get a seat allocation in that college even if you meet the qualifying cutoff. And if it helps you like it.
Q:   Is CUET UG counselling conducted in a centralised manner?
A:

No, CUET UG counselling is not conducted in a centralised manner. The counselling or the admission process is conducted separately for each institute based on their own eligibility and admission criteria. Candidates who will appear for CUET 2025 will be required to check the selection criteria and other admission details of their preferred colleges individually to be able to make the correct decision. National Testing Agency (NTA) has no role in conducting counselling process for CUET UG admissions. The participating universities conduct CUET counselling on the basis of candidate's CUET score and college preferences. The candidates are supposed to fill the forms for college and courses for seat allotment. Candidates must stay updated with the important dates for admission to participating universities.

Q:   Who conducts CUET UG counselling?
A:

The CUET UG counselling is conducted by the universities acepting CUET UG scores seperately. Candidates will have to apply seperately for each university to appear for the CUET UG counselling process. National Testing Agency (NTA) has no role in conduction counselling process for CUET UG admissions.
