GAT B (GAT-B/BET) MSc Biotechnology Exam Dates 2026: Check Complete Schedule Here

The National Testing Agency will release GAT-B 2026 application form on its official website. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can fill form. The GAT-B application process include, candiadte's registration, filling details, uploading documents, fee payment, and form submission. The expected dates for for release are March 2026.

Once registration process is over, the authorities will activate correction window. Candidates who have filled their GAT-B application form and want to make changes can access the correction facility. GAT-B 2026 registration process includes stages such as form-filling, uploading of documents, fee payment, etc. 

NOTE: During the GAT-B correction window, students will be able to edit certain particulars, which will be notified on the website. 

GAT-B 2026 admit card will be released a few days before exam. Candidates who have applied for GAT-B/BET exam will be able to download admit card using their application number and date of birth/password. Admit card of GAT-B 2026 will carry the following details -

• name of the applicant
• GAT-B 2026 exam date and time
• exam centre address details
• photograph
• signature
• exam day guidelines

NTA will release GAT-B 2026 answer key and question paper along with response sheet on the official website. Candidates who have appeared entrance test can check provisional question paper and answer key. The expected release date is May 2026. Candidates who wish to raise an objection can do it on the portal within the deadline. For each response, student has to pay a fee of INR 200/- (NON-REFUNDABLE) through netbanking/credit card/debit card. After reviewing all submissions, the authorities will release GAT-B 2026 final answer key along results. Based on the provisional answer key, the authorities will release GAT-B 2026 final answer key PDF. Considering final answer key, the result and scorecard will be issued to students.

The National Testing Agency will announce GAT-B 2026 result based on the final answer keys. Candidates can check their qualifying status using their credentials - application number and password. The result of GAT-B/BET 2026 will be declared in the form AIR merit list. The result scorecard is valid for one-year only. Candidates who have qualified the exam will be called for GAT-B counselling later. 

NOTE:

• GAT-B and BET result and merit list will be released and prepared separately.
• Candidates who have declared qualified will be eligible for counselling process
• Candidates must keep all their documents ready for verification round.

Candidates who meet the GAT-B or BET cutoff marks or percentage will be eligible for the counselling round. The merit list will released category-wise. The GAT-B 2026 counselling will be done in rounds, depending on seat intake and availability. Selected students will get admission to GAT-B participating institutes.
