Once CTET exam is over, the exam conducting body releases CTET answer key on the official website of the teacher eligibility test. CTET releases separate answer keys for Paper I and Paper II of the exam. In order to view their CTET answer key aspirants need to log in on the official website of the teacher eligibility test.
Answer Key for CTET exam comprises of the question numbers along with the correct response of each question marked against the question number. CTET 2018 answer key for Paper I offers aspirants the answers of 150 questions asked in the paper from subjects such as – Child Development and Pedagogy, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, Language I and Language II. On the other hand, the answer key for CTET Paper II contains answers for multiple choice questions asked in the paper from topics including Child Development and Pedagogy, Mathematics and Science, Social Studies/Social Science, Language I and Language II.
After going through CTET 2018 answer key if candidates witness any discrepancy in the answers released then they can report the matter to CTET authorities. Discrepancies related to CTET answer key will be addressed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
CTET 2018: How to get OMR Sheet Photocopy
Candidates are informed that their respective OMR sheet along with the CTET 2018 answer key will be released on the official website of the teacher eligibility test. The release of the answer key as well as OMR sheet will be done after a public notice regarding the same is released in all leading newspapers of the country. Candidates need to ensure that they download their CTET OMR sheet and answer key within the stipulated time as shared by CTET exam authorities.
Further, aspirants are informed that they can request for a photocopy of their OMR Sheet by paying a fee of Rs 500 to CTET. This fee needs to be paid by means of a Demand Draft that is from any nationalised bank and should be such that it is drawn in favour of the Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education drawn and should be payable at Delhi.
Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is conducted by CBSE in order to offer a qualifying certificate to candidates on the basis of which they can apply to schools to teach students from Class I to Class VIII. As per CTET exam dates, the teacher eligibility test is scheduled to be conducted in September this year. In order to qualify CTET exam candidates need to secure at least 60% marks in the exam. The CTET certificate is valid for a duration of seven years from the date when CTET result is declared for all categories.
