The total tuition fee for VIT Vellore BTech ranges between INR 4.9 lakh and 7.8 lakh. The total course fee, includes a caution deposit of INR 3,000 as well. No, aspirants wishing to apply for BDes course at VIT Vellore should either have UCEED score or appeared for VIT DAT (Design Aptitude Test). VIT-DAT is a written exam of two hours duration consisting of objective type questions - MSQ & MCQ, short descriptive answers, and creative ability questions with no negative marking. The university gives 50% weightage to entrance exam score. After entrance exam, the next step of selection is based on portfolio followed by a personal interview round.

VIT Vellore accepts VITEEE cutoff 2024 was concluded for admission to the BTech specialisations. However, the authorities did not release the VIT Vellore VITEEE 2024 cutoff online, and it was only accessible to candidates who appeared for the entrance exam. VIT Vellore's cut off depends on several factors and will be used in the preparation of the merit list for the counselling and admission process.

VIT Vellore conducts counselling round after shortlisting students for admission. The institute shortlist applications based on merit in the last qualifying examination, i.e., Class 12 and fulfilment of the eligibility requirements. VIT Vellore MTech per annum fee is around INR 1.53 Lakhs to 1.93 lakhs (Category 1) and INR 2.33 lakhs to 3.02 Lakhs. The mentioned fee structure includes caution fees. Students must pay the MTech course fee after their selection; otherwise, the admission will get cancelled. Also, students have to pay INR 1200 as a registration fee while applying for VIT Vellore M.Tech admission. The registration payment is accepted online through net banking / credit card / debit card.

The selection of candidates for the PhD course at VIT Business School is based on their scores in VITREE/ CSIR NET/ UGC NET along with the Research Proposal and Personal Interview. For international candidates, GRE/ TOEFL scores are considered.

VIT Vellore CAT cutoff 2024 was concluded for admission to MBA course. The closing percentile for MBA among the General AI category candidates was 95. Therefore, at 90 percentile, it is not possible to get admission at the college. In 2023, the CAT cutoff percentile was 95. Therefore, the cutoff has remained constant since the last year. 

Candidates seeking admission to the VIT Business School PhD programme can apply for the VITREE exam. It is conducted by VIT Vellore. Moreover, the application fees to apply and appear for the exam is INR 1,200. This fee is nonrefundable. Moreover, students must note that the aforementioned fees is as per official sources.
