I summarised all the college pros and cons.
Placements: If we talk about placement at Chandigarh University, we can easily say it is decent here, as the university claims that around 9000 companies, including Adobe and GoDaddy, visit CU every year, which is quite decent. Top package is also above 1 crore per annum, which reflects a good impression of the university.
Infrastructure: Hostel life, we can say is also quite decent as it offers multiple choices for hostels, and accordingly we can select 2, 3, 4, and 5-seater with AC and non-AC facilities. Mess food is also decent here and gives a variety of food dishes, including South Indian food which is also available.
Faculty: Faculty is well educated here. They give support for each difficulty we face. They are supportive of all of us. They give their best to teach the students. Marking is lenient and all the doubts are solved in class. Extracurricular activities are also done.
Other: There are lots of events that are conducted here.

Good placement and internship opportunities but most don't get them.
Placements: The opportunity is provided to everyone. It depends on you if you can grab it. Placement is not as good as NITs or IITs but for a private college its not bad. If you focus on your skills and take part in hackathons and do good internships, you can get good placement.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Gyms, sports, lifts in hostels, and many other facilities. Wi-Fi is available on campus as well as in the hostel. The campus is really beautiful and well designed. The campus has lifts, and there are a lot of playgrounds. The labs have the latest equipment.
Faculty: Faculty is not very good, you have to study by yourself. Some faculty are really good but you have to be lucky to get them and the syllabus is really basic and somewhat outdated, so you have to study by yourself to crack good companies. Same as any other private college.
Other: If you are considering a private college, it's a good option.

CU review of infrastructure, hostel, and campus life.
Placements: I'm currently in my second year. I know a little about the placements through my seniors. I would say that a lot of companies do come to the campus. They offer various job roles and decent packages. However, the placement rate doesn't seem to be that great.
Infrastructure: The best thing is that the campus is fully equipped with Wi-Fi. The classrooms are not great for my course. Specifically because they are the older buildings on campus. Labs are being renovated. The hostel is not good. I only stayed there for a week.
Faculty: Faculty is good here. University has a focus on academics. No lectures are canceled. The syllabus is completed on time. The only issue is the hectic schedule. You only get free time till the 1st MST. After that, you are loaded with practicals and exams.
Other: Events are good. They keep organizing events.

Overall good experience. I will suggest it to others.
Placements: According to seniors, about 80 percent of students are placed decently whereas about 20 percent are hired by mass recruiters. Placements are good if you maintain a good CGPA and skills. Good placements await you. Just maintain an above-8 CGPA and learn something unique from the crowd, and you will make it.
Infrastructure: Hostel is too good. Food is top tier according to hostel standards. There is variety, and the food quality is good. Non-AC rooms are equipped with cooler vents so you can sleep peacefully, study rooms are available, and a balcony is attached for fresh air and rest. Libraries are available in each block and you can borrow any book you want.
Faculty: Some faculty members may be assistant professors but they teach well. You may struggle in some subjects based on your learning style, as some assistant professors have different teaching styles.

All about Chandigarh University - From infrastructure to curriculum.
Placements: Talking about placements, companies come with different roles and with good packages. Many big MNCs come with big packages, but only 2-3 students get selected. Talking about how many got placed it depends on the students Chandigarh University brings to the company.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent. It's a private university, so the infrastructure is excellent. They have 2 campuses one is the main campus, and another one is GGS. In GGS BCA and MCA classes take place and on the main campus it looks like a film set they made for South Campus, I like it.
Faculty: About the curriculum they take 2 MST and 1 EST then in between them there are lab MSTs too which make a semester a little hectic. They have around 10 experiments in each subject you have to make a practical file in each subject, and then in end-semester final lab MST, you have to submit it.
Other: If you are getting any other government college, go for it but in private it's worth it.

Years of learning and improving.
Placements: Most of the students got placed in my course with the highest package of 17 LPA and the lowest with 5 LPA. Top recruiters are Amazon, GoDaddy, etc. A few also got internships in their desired companies as data analysts, backend developers, etc., types of roles.
Infrastructure: The college comes with breathtaking infrastructure like foreign universities with lovely interiors. 24/7 Wi-Fi is provided with high speed, and also we have fully air-conditioned rooms. Mess food is also good, full of nutrition, and a sports complex is provided with almost every sport one can think off.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and always ready to hear the doubts and solve them perfectly. They use PPT and the curriculum syllabus that they have gone through themselves so that they could deliver a fully knowledgeable session. The course curriculum helps students achieve standards up to industry level. Semester exams are moderate most of us pass the exam in 1 go.
Other: I chose this course because the evolving world requires more and better software engineering so that we can innovate more things to make life sustainable. I wish they should take limited admission so that one can feel attentive and innovative. The events and scholarships provided by the university are up to the mark and the best.

Campus life is great.
Placements: The college provides very decent placements. Students here are placed in some good companies. They also have a program known as TPP (Training and Placement Programme), which helps students during placements. Overall, they are supportive.
Infrastructure: The hostel infrastructure is decent, but the mess food quality is not that good. Labs and classrooms also lack proper infrastructure. The canteen is good. There is a food court with franchises like Chai Sutta Bar, Domino’s, and Burger Singh. A personal suggestion is Jugri Chain.
Faculty: The curriculum is designed well, but the college lacks in faculty quality. Exams are designed in an outdated manner. Faculty members are often rude and not very skilled. They do not give good internal marks, which affects CGPA.
Other: The crowd is from a tier 3 background.

The campus provides good placements to students with a good score and real talent.
Placements: Mostly the cream students with a good score are placed here in CU although various companies are offering vacancies here, like Infosys, etc. You must have a good CGPA and have a specific certification to sit in the placements and secure a valuable job but the university doesn't guarantee placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very nice although some classes need maintenance. Hostels are cleaned and well-maintained. Hostel food is also good not very good but very much better than that at other colleges. Washrooms are clean and hostels are air-conditioned with various seating options.
Faculty: Minor improvements can be done here but all the staff are well educated and have doctoral-level education experiences. Exams are conducted by the university itself in the form of MSTs, tests, and practicals. Exams are not that difficult in the first year but the level of exams increases as the semester progresses.
Other: CU is full of events. Another day there is an event in the university. CUET exam is there to avail scholarships up to 100 percent.
