Candidates need to appear for CUCET conducted by Chandigarh University for admission to BE courses. Students also get scholarship based on their CUCET scores. The university does accept JEE Main scores. However, students must have JEE Main rank up to 50,000 for exemption from CUCET for scholarship.

Admission to B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering at Chandigarh University is based on CUCET or JEE Main scores. Students with 60% or more in 10+2 (with Physics and Maths) are eligible. CU doesn’t have a fixed cutoff, but a CUCET score above 30% is required, and for CSE, the expected rank cutoff
