University of Delhi is an Hindu College.
Placements: The placement cell of Hindu College affiliated to the University of Delhi has been very successful in providing placements to the students. The companies like TCS and Wipro recruit the students at high packages. At the undergraduate level, the highest salary of a student was 10 lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: The university as a whole consists of 12 odd colleges with a large campus and separate blocks of each subject. Hindu College is one such college. It has one of the largest campuses with a large playground. The facilities for sports like basketball, cricket, football, volleyball, etc., is also available. Many of the college alumni including Gautam Gambhir, Murli Kartik etc., have represented the country in their respective sports. There are reserved seats for sports quota as well. It has two chemistry lab, two physics lab and separate labs for botany and zoology. Facilities like the computer lab and fully Wi-Fi campus and the hostel are also available. Additionally, the college boasts about its cultural activities like college fest, leadership conferences, business conclaves, etc.
Faculty: There is a separate section for different faculty members in the Hindu college. There are 19 courses offered by the college covering science, arts, and commerce. It also has different societies so that students can develop extracurricular activities. Dramatics society, Indian dance society, western dance society, debating societies, fashion societies, NCC, NSS, etc., are some of the well-known societies of the college. The teachers are highly experienced and one of the best in their respective fields.
Other: It organises annual fest mecca which is one of the best fests of the country. The crowd is also very good.

Absolutely satisfied with the college as it has good placements, infrastructure, many good societies
Placements: There are many placements for BA courses, especially for honours courses like sociology, history, English, etc. Then comes the B.Com courses which also have very good placements in companies and offices. I realised that there are only a few placements for science courses; placements happen after master's degree. The placement cell of our college is called Disha. Companies like HDFC, KPMG, Maruti, Jaypee, DE Shaw, etc. Internship programs happen very occasionally for different time periods, especially in long holiday breaks. As it is my first year, I don't know about the statistics of the placements yet. Also, a student studying in Delhi can join internships even through external agencies, which are easy to find.
Infrastructure: Hindu College covers a quite big area. The campus is neat and clean with a lush green environment. There are minimum 5 Wi-Fi networks on the campus. The classrooms are very good with projectors and screen in every classroom. There are many halls also with a projector and screen. There are minimum 2 labs for each subject with full facilities. Our library is one of the biggest libraries in the north campus so it can be very well imagined about our library. There is a big sports complex with a single big ground. So some games are played on the same ground itself, which is a disadvantage. Indoor games facility is also there. Separate hostels for boys and girls. The accommodation charges are minimal with facilities for bedding, fooding, washing, etc. 2 good big canteens are also available in the college for the refreshment, with prices of items too low (you will not get them at the same price in Delhi). The food quality is awesome. Many seminar rooms, auditorium, NCC block, PM office, sports block, etc. are also present. A newly built science block is also present.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is quite knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. The curriculum of Delhi University is quite interesting and covers all the important topics in every subject. Sometimes, projectors are also used during the class. There are special doubt classes for the clarification of the doubts of the students, which is very, very helpful. Many departments like railways, nuclear power plant, environment, etc. visit the college to give the students a new exposure in every field. All the societies of the college are awesome and the best in Delhi University. The yearly fee of my course is just 15000, which is very less.
Other: We have many societies like dance, drama, fashion, NSS, debating, etc. which helps in the overall development of the students. The students related to the societies get chances to show the talent outside Delhi also. The platform given to them is not even comparable to other colleges. As it is a government college, it has very less fee with approximately all facilities, even better than the private colleges.

Because of faculty, I am proud of my college
Placements: Placements for our batch are good for those students who are interested to take a job from the placement cell which is organized by Delhi University for all college students those are interested. The percent of students which were placed is 5-6% approximately. The highest salary offered to students was 15,000-20,000. I don't know about the lowest and average salary completely. Companies which visited the campus are ICICI, Wipro Technology, etc. About the kind of roles offered to students, I don't know fully. The percent of students who got internships from the college was 20% approximately. About the highest, lowest and average stipends offered, I don't know about them.
Infrastructure: The facilities of Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, a library, medical facilities, sports and games are average which is sufficient to ours. The quality of labs and classrooms is good. The quality of food available in the canteen is good and hygienic. A hostel facility is not there in the college but it will be planned for the future. I didn't face any infrastructure-related issues during our tenure at the college. The college is situated in a very good atmosphere.
Faculty: My experience with my faculty members was truly very good. All teachers were very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. It's my privilege that I learned from these. They teach us through books, PPTs, boards, etc. They found other different methods to teach us. For approximately 60-65 students, there are 6-7 faculty members teaching us separately. I got a little bit about the industry exposure. The course which I learned was useful to me because now I am pursuing MCA from GGSIPU, Delhi. In this course, I will use many things which I learned in my graduation.
